I would recommend this app and the Xfinity security system to anyone. It's very simple to operate, extremely effective, and the peace of mind it gives is priceless. The app makes viewing the camera and pictures so easy. I love that when I leave town, I can be 100% secure knowing that I can monitor activity just by tapping an icon. Love it!

I have had this app now for about a month. So far I have had no glitches at all. The ease with which to access my security system and manage all including my Nest Thermometer is awesome. Best of all though are the security cameras you can access and monitor your property with using this app is incredible. Very satisfied at this time!

This is a decent enough app but it could be better. I'd like to see the ability to add all my Insteon devices such as my Insteon cameras, leak detectors, light controllers. Etc to my xfinity home app
With that said , since they have added 24/7 video monitoring it is a very very good app. And I recommend xfinity home to everyone

I love the ease and convenience of the app. I actually use it on my iPhone more often than the keypads. The security system works great and I love that the camera lets me see what's going on while I'm away, if just to see which of my dogs is the guilty party. I would recommend Xfinity to anyone looking for reliable home security.

We use this app everyday and like the way it's integrated into my home. I see other people are saying bad things but I think it works great. My wife and I both use the app all the time and from multiple devices. Xfinity was the "innovator" on this type of service so they will forever have the target on their back.

I love this app. The depth, color and sharpness is great. I check my cameras several times a day in seconds. Very informative data. Also tracks what my pets do all day! I can see if packages are left at the front door, when the weather changes and most importantly...I feel assured knowing everything is OK!

I was at work when someone tried to break into my house and within seconds I had the dispatcher calling me and they had the police already in route to my house. I was able to see everything going on at my house from my iPhone it was cool but also great to get the guy in the act

Every home security feature I wanted bundled into an awesome cable package. Channels, bandwidth, and peace of mind at a price that I can't believe. Comcast is the only way to go in my area. Make sure to ask about local promotions when starting a subscription.

This is a great app, so far. You can easily remotely access your camera, arm/disarm system, and even see updates on alarms and pictures in case of break-in or burglary. A home burglars worst nightmare. If you have Comcast Home Security, this is a must have!

App works great as long as the service is up n running! Love being able to see what's going on with the camera in my home while I'm away from the house. That way I can check on my pets or just to see if everything is the way it should be. LOVE IT!!!!

Love using this app to disarm my house in the driveway before I enter or using it if I've forgotten to set the alarm on the way out which happens a lot! We take many extended vacations too so it always helps being able to monitor from wherever we are

The app works amazing. I can control everything threw my app and more new devices are becoming compatible with it. I love being able to see my cameras threw the app n get my a/c to turn on and cool my house before getting home. Great Job!!!!

The App is definitely more than sufficient for its purpose. It allows you to monitor, change alarm settings, control your thermostat and more!! I've had no hiccups (other than dead batteries) with it yet and we've had it just about a year.

I give the app 5 stars considering I've had the system/app for two months and have yet to have an issue thus far. Received an error yesterday and realized the app needed to be updated. Once updated, I was back up and running perfectly.

The app works 90% of the time but when it works it's nice being able to control your alarm and thermostat from your phone from anywhere. Easy to use and visually pleasing app. It's a great feature that Comcast offers.

Xfinity really made outstanding product. Issues from other reviews have been fixed.
I have had ADT for years and I tried AT&T and Vivint. Xfinity home beats all of them combined for much lower price. Thanks Comcast

The systems works. Motion - lights - camera are working properly with "rules".
I understand there is a new camera available. The present camera is the only thing that isn't the best. I will get the updated camera.

Please read these customer requests it will only make Xfinity Home Greater Service for Comcast.

Xfinity home security is comcast best service hands down!!!! Sure they might have some bumps in the road, but what company doesn't. Yes I use to hate comcast, but then I realized they are same as everyone else.

I've been considering installing Lutron light switches, and with this update I plan to do so now. Great to have one app control so much in my home. The video clips in the history is very useful too!
