I'm happy with the app, especially since some of the previous bugs have been fixed! I do have a few recommendations that would make several of those who use the app to order pizza very happy, myself included. First, add a special comments/instructions box for the pizza itself. Second, increase the number of allowable characters for "special instructions " regarding delivery/address instructions. Finally, allow credit cards and/or addresses to be deleted. I have a credit card I'd like to be able to remove so it doesn't get used accidentally. Otherwise, I've had no issues with the app.

I've had this app for several months now. The first time I used it, no problem. A few times after I had some glitches, but maybe an update fixed it because since then I've been ordering with absolutely no problems whatsoever. I don't know why I saw someone put "not easy to navigate." I flip through several areas in this app...easy peasy. Several months I've been using this. I use it every time I order whether we have it delivered (which is what we usually do) or pick it up. I'm going to keep on using it, too. Just plain easy and quick to do. Good job as far as I'm concerned.

It's a little quirky at first-yea there are back doors or hoops to jump through but there are so many opportunities to save on pizza's and so many great deals! Not to mention in the rural community where I live, I love the option of being able to order online and pick up when I get off work-hassle free, without having to call. Love Papa Johns! Before my hometown had a Papa Johns I literally already had 7-yes SEVEN other Papa John delivery numbers from other states and towns saved in my phone that I frequented with my children for sporting events. I decided to try the app since I regularly buy pizzas from Papa John's. Upon first use it worked perfectly and smoothly. There were clear, concise notices on where and when they would use any of the data you provided. I found ordering my large single topping pizza to be very simply and even quick compared to the online or phone options. As far as the building of the pizza, I loved how well-laid-out the entire process was and the easy ways I can customize every step in the build.

Everything about this app has lived up to and beyond my expectations.

I've only used the new version twice for pretty simple orders so I'm only basing this off those experiences. I used to never use the app because it would never accept my promo codes, I'd have problems placing future orders, and once the app said my payment wouldn't go through because of some error so I canceled it but decided to call the store instead and they were already working on it because I guess it went through on their end. All these problems seem to be fixed so I give it 5 stars! Plus I enjoy the animation of my toppings on my pizza when ordering.

If you do Papa John's, then you may as well do it right. There are constant promotions/discounts that you receive via email. The app is smooth and easy to use; doesn't seem to have any bugs. It remembers your delivery and payment info if you so choose which makes ordering easy.

I get 50% off discounts available about every other day. I order like once every couple weeks, would do it more often if not for the wife complaining that we eat too much pizza. And i also get a free pizza now and then from the rewards. Only better pizza deal is making your own.

We have been using the PJ's app for over 2 years & have never encountered a problem. Its great to create an order & save it for later. Its also great for those days when everything is hectic, you dont have to worry about placing an order over the phone & adding the frustration of being on hold during peak times, getting ur call dropped or a fumbled order due to screaming kids, barking dogs, etc. I really love that you can pay through the app b/c I hate going inside to pick up an order & play jenga on the way out w/ my boxes & wallet or I forget my card.

The people at this store is the greatest people ever. They show the true value of a great employee. My brother is sick and Papa Johns just make's his day when they show up with his pizza,poppers and Pepsi. I order him pizza everyday. He won't eat anything else. He eats its 363 days a year. The employees go over on the holidays and take him food too, when Papa Johns is closed for Thanksgiving and Christmas. I take him a plate too, but he lights up when they come to his house.

I NEVER leave reviews--but I had to do this for one specific reason; I used to order Dominos pizza all the time. I mean, ALL the time. It was such an easy app...I loved Papa Johns pizza, but it was seriously IMPOSSIBLE to order a pizza back with the old app. Well, GOOD NEWS everyone--I just tried (randomly) today to see if the Papa Johns app is better; and it is...actually it's just as easy as the Dominos app!!!! This means we can finally get good pizza with the ease of a couple taps of the app!!!!! Thanks Papa for finally fixing this!!!!!!

I love this app. I basically only eat at papa johns since, in my opinion, they have the best pizza! The app saves so much time because if you choose, it saves your address and your card information. I'm super lazy and I love that, you can also put multiple cards or addresses. It lets you customize your own pizza and gives you points for each purchase which eventually add up to free things! They send you emails about your delivery conformation and upcoming deals. I 100% recommend all my family and friends have the app too.

I have used this app a lot during the baseball season when pizzas are sometimes half off online and have not run into any bugs like I do with a lot of other food ordering apps. The only thing that is sometimes frustrating is that you cannot access any menu or account information without first choosing delivery or carry out, then the store location, then how you want to order. Sometimes I just want to look at the menu or the specials or my rewards info without actually ordering. Great app though!

I love papa johns pizza. I love they have an app. I can order dinner on lunch with exactly everything I could think of with out wondering what they offer. It's all at my fingers. :). With it digital I have the ability to see all options & then it's not relying on someone else writing my order & having to say what or maybe miss what I ordered. Just walk in say online order for... Always very nice ppl & I have yet to not get what was on the online order. I guess I'm a digital first kind of guy.

I don't order as often as some but when I do, I utilize the app because it's so much easier and it allows for changes without taking up aggravating & unnecessary time from the staff over the phone. My only two (2) issues are that (a) delivery seems to be about 30 to 45 minutes longer than when an order is placed over the phone and (b) seems as though when ordering more than 2 or 3 items, something gets mistakenly forgotten.

Other than that the app is 5 star worthy just like the food.

Papa John's is a life saver and the app is everything you need. I read some complaints on other reviews, but honestly, they're first world problems. They have less to do with the app and more to do with the eccentricity of the reviewer. Papa John's got us through some crazy blizzards in Boston, thanks to the ease of ordering from the app and quick delivery time. And Papa Rewards gives us free pizzas all the time. This company knows how to take care of their loyal customers.

Wonderful app when you are either: working at home, a school project or just planning a party. Place your order, receive an email for when your order is ready at a certain time frame and wait for pickup or delivery. I use it a lot and helps if you just don't feel like cooking or you just got off work and didn't feel like eating at a fast food place.

I recommend this app just for the convenience of having awesome pizza, drinks and specials that Papa Johns has to offer.

So, first off. I've never been a huge fan of papa johns pizza, I've always considered it "ok" pizza. However, the convenience of this app, and their reasonable prices have convinced me to order from the papa whenever I am to lazy to fix my own dinner. It saves all your past orders, so you can get quick access to that really good deal you had last month. And it seems like papa johns keeps their specials running indefinitely. Good app, ok pizza, vegan options, I approve.

Just a heads up, my mom has started Chemo. Has lost a lot of weight due to lack of appetite. We're going to try a personal pizza sausage and peppers from my fav. Place. Papa's. If she gets her appetite back because of you, I'd buy one everyday and personally take it to her on the island she lives on. (Whidbey Is.) I'll let you know how it goes. I've enjoyed using this application over the years and have noted the improvements along the way...I've not only ordered pizza via the app from home but also when on the road (Ohio and Hawaii) with the same efficiency as our home store. Just a suggestion for further improvement: allow for 'notes' indicating specifications such 'extra crispy ' for wings and whether you would like peppers or garlic sauce sent along with orders. Overall this has been a great app!

Using this app makes ordering your pizza easier than ever. You don't have to fight with the hassle of a phone call with a busy employee. You don't have to get on your computer. The location services make it easy to find your nearest store (for those times you're not at home) and they always have their nearest specials catered to your exact location. Lots of extra little cool features on the app as well. Definitely worth the download if you're a Papa fan.

The bottom line is Papa Johns makes the best pizza from any chain there is. This app is the best pizza delivery app I've ever used. I've never had a pizza not delivered hot and delicious and even when they arrive a few minutes later than expected, I get a free pizza coupon in the mail for it. I love their rewards program and I love this app. I love their service and most of all I love their pizza. Just a really well ran business from top to bottom.
