This app has revolutionized how I view my care plan with my docs. Appointments are listed in order for you; if you forget when or where you're going, just click on your appointment list! You can also see past appointments and instructions, so if you lose the papers your doc gave you, no worries. Perhaps the most handy for me is the medication list - mine is pretty lengthy, and having it at my fingertips is a definite plus, especially when someone not familiar with my care is asking. This is one of the top 5 apps I have ever used. Sure, it occasionally won't let you in, but like all technology, nothing is foolproof. When managing a chronic illness, it's a definite must.

Use your existing MyChart account to manage your health information and communicate with your doctor on your mobile device.

With MyChart you can:
• Review test results, medications, immunization history, and more
• Stay in touch with your physician
• Manage your appointments
• Upload health and fitness data, including data from the Apple Health app, when enrolled in self-tracking programs
• View and pay your bill
• Access your family's health information

You must first create an account through your healthcare provider's MyChart website. If your healthcare provider is not listed, or if you require support accessing your existing account, contact them directly or visit their MyChart website for more help options.

This app is very convenient to access appointments, history, etc. I was elated to have it ask me this morning if I wanted to use Touch ID for future logins. Since I have a randomly generated password having to retrieve it each time I opened the app was a pain. So I am very grateful for the added functionality!
