ワシントンポストは、社会的な、ニュースの側に、立つこともなく、問題にすることもなく、国際性の、問題にし、アメリカ国内の政治的なニュースを、政治性という個人が持つ問題にしている。政治は、社会的な、側面を持つという、ことなのだが、政治は、アメリカにおいては、個人の問題から、社会的な意識を作り上げるようなものであるということを、ワシントンポストは、叙述している。

英字新聞を読もうと思って、最初はこれが一番良いのではないか(但し、個人の見解なので、これにしなければならない理由はない)。
構成としても読みやすいし、わからなければ辞書を引いて出てくるくらいの単語が多い。まあ、ほかのでもそうだが。
少なくとも、ニューヨークタイムズよりは読みやすい(画面の構成という点に於いて)。
