This software pinpoints your location, then proceeds to plot properties for sale in a map, which opens into Google at street level. By clicking on each of the plotted squares, sales information is provided. An option to call or email the listing agent is also provided. Great tool to have when moving around a certain area and needing/wishing to know what in the neighborhood is available. Filters information by type, dollar amount, etc. I recommend this software, and the price can't be beat... it's free.

This is a highly specialized application; if you don't have a need for commercial real estate, it won't be of much use to you. But if, for example, you're looking to start a business, this app will help you shop for a location that's appropriate and within budget really easily. Likewise, I'd you're looking to invest in commercial real estate (shopping centers, business parks, or apartment building), this app is the one to use.

I find using Loopnet a great help in finding what is really available out in the marketplace. My only "complaint" would be that it does not allow for searching industrial products, there is no way to isolate the product from street level or grade level warehouses as opposed to dock level or truck height loading.
This makes it more difficult, however,it is still very useful.

The negative reviews must be before a recent update or people are using their devices improperly. I accessed loop net from an iPad and it works amazing, great app.

Just started using the app and seems to work pretty well for me! Not sure why there are so many negative reviews.
