This is à very profound meditation aplication along with the other related application,"Deep Rest". Time and again and unfailingly the gentle, simple yet knowledgeable meditation guidance will lead to a place of contact with your inner Being. Unique and outstanding in it's field.
It is what the title suggests: a direct way to experience the simplicity of Being. Good for users of any spiritual background as well as any who simply need a respite from stress, physical discomfort or worry. This will melt away effortlessly even the thickest layers of resistance.

Useful Meditation Techniques/至便ですね!

Have greatly enjoyed this and other Meditation Oasis apps and Podcasts as highly benefical in daily meditations. Soothing (English) voice guides through various stages of meditation with accompanying meditative music in the background. Nice app options as you can choose whether or not to have background music, individual volume controls for both voice and music is also nice!

Best app I've tried

It's a very simple app that let's me get to the point. I'm meditating more consistently as a result. Narration is practical but still has enough otherworldly feeling to make a separate space, which is what I need.
