I knew this media when I studied English at the Caplin international, a multi-national English school. In the listening course, they recommended it to students as 3 steps. First, select a topic in which she/he is interested and just browsing it without transcript. Second, doing it again. Third, browsing with transcript and reviewing what sentence, word, pronunciation could not be caught.
