This app saved me almost a hundred dollars on my new iPad. If not searching the open box items I wouldn't have found the iPad I wanted to buy but cheaper. There are some people who buy the wrong size or wrong provider and return them. Since the new iPad has not been out that long they are likely like new. At least the one I bought is in new condition and runs GREAT! I think whoever marked it down used the wrong percent as I had also looked at a iPad 2 that sold new for the same price but was 30 dollars more and it was in rough condition, dirty, and looked like it wasn't bought by someone who does not take care of their products. I couldn't be happier with using this app as you don't usually find the open box items posted there or I couldn't find them.

I've tried to use a few other Apps for Retail stores but find them either too bulky, too confusing, or down right ugly to look at. The BestBuy app on the other hand was instantly visually appealing that upon opening the App the first time it directed you how to login to your BestBuy account. It was simple, easy to use, and also more reliable than even the Online Store ! I needed to make a purchase order for an In-Store PickUp (shopping with a toddler in an electronic store doesn't work well!) but the online store would never complete the order (tried on three different web browsers). Decided to download the App, fired it up, and within 3 minutes I was in, out, and done. A+ On your App BestBuy!! Nailed it!

I use the app a lot. The in store pickup is the way to go when you know what you want. Buy your item on the app and go pick it up at a nearby store. Everything is ready to go, no hunting up and down the aisles for your item. In and out in a flash.

I do wish the quantities would update in store overnight. I bought an item for pickup that was available before the store opened but then got a message the store was sold out and had to switch locations for pickup. I had a multi item purchase and would have been nice to get it all at one store. Not a huge deal but can see where that might get frustrating for customers that don't have multiple stores within reach.

UPDATE: not sure why the app froze on me after I updated. I do not have this problem with any of my other App updates. But I decided to go ahead and uninstall and then reinstall the updated app and that seemed to fix the "screen freezing" issue. So all is great again.
---------------------- Normally I like this app alot. But right now after this last update, it is unusable. The app opens just fine but that's as far as it goes. After the App opens the screen totally freezes making the app unusable. Even tried a soft reset on my phone. Looks like we need a bigger bug to come squish this recent bug....or another update.

This app is very well designed, except for the minor detail that you can't really go back once you chose to load more products. Apart from this small flaw it is very functional and easy to use. It has a very fast process without any inconviniences. I really recommend it for those who have little time on their hands and are on the go. A suggestion that I have to improve this app is to add trailers or small video clips for the games and movies. Also, show additional views for the products and some of the pictures seem to be a little bit blurry; I'm sure this is an easy fix. Overall this is a great app!

This is app is one of those that is just great to have. You can not only shop for electronics but you can see sales and review your reward points. I love the fact that your purchases have a digital reciept attached to them, so you never misplace or loose any reciepts. The barcode scanner also makes a great addition to this app.
My only gripe is that the loading time is a bit lengthy sometimes and i believe that this needs some improvement.
I hope the developer continues to improve on this app and i look forward to some more updates soon.

I found this very helpful in my quest for researching a few things I wanted to buy ... I also noticed that some of the prices online and In store and different due to promotions good thing bestbuy has their price guaranty ... If I wanted to further my research and found the item at a different site bestbuy price match ... I just don't understand why there are some people that don't like this app ... I think they need to get a new phone so it doesn't crash on them and actually learn how to use technology :) ...

I think that everyone should download this app. Super easy to use. And I don't have to keep calling the store and asking if they have something in stock. The app will tell me and I just order it on here. But it does take a little while for orders to go through on account that they have a fraud process that they go through. So to all the angry asses out there. Keep your trap closed and wait for your e-mail saying it READY for pick up.

Its a true nature for me to want to shop but not go into stores unless I know what I want or need to eliminate the amount of stress I take with the "I'm just LOOKING, but thank you..." [Then you leave and regret wanting to do things yourself but its your everyday.] Leaving this review with a truly positive mood... This App helps greatly with its potential to be intrinsic to my everyday.

The new app is light years ahead of its predecessor, but there are still a few things that I would like to see, specifically the ability to save my log-in information so that I don't have to enter it in every single time I use the app. This is especially tiresome when some of the deals can only be seen once you go to your cart.

Keep on improving! We're headed in the right direction.

This is my most used retail app. Searching and ordering items is super easy and fast. In fact, I prefer to shop the app than the website. It also makes scrolling through the Deals of the Day easy. I very rarely have issues with the app (although very recently I had a "Network Failure" notice and had to remove and re-install the app). Definitely a well-designed app!

I've never been disappointed with this app. I've always been completely satisfied with my purchases on here. Keeps me informed about new items, and great sales. Allows me to manage my account, receive rewards and coupons, and offers assistance with any questions 24/7. Will always be my one and only app for electronics and appliances! I'd recommend this app to anyone.

Retail store apps are often just the mobile site in an app, but I usually go directly to this app over the website to browse or research. I've used it several times near or in stores to check inventory and pricing, and have done store pickup a few minutes after clicking in the app.

Also makes checking BB rewards stuff and using coupons convenient.

I love the app. It works with Siri,shows great deals, has good graffics. The search engine was a bit off. It didn't give me the ceo email address I asked for, but it's minor. I'll find it. Thank you for the apps. I can't wait to utilize it to shop when I'm in need of items that are custom tailored to my current daily needs on my meager budget.

Apps like Bestbuy are what makes mobile shopping a dream, the interface is outstanding. I would much rather sit on my couch and browse through the site than go into the actual store. They've delivered a quality, precise, and clean site that enables buyers to explore all their products without overwhelming the buyer on what's offered.

Overall, I find the app to be very functional. It is not quite the same as using the full website or shopping in store, however it is an app, I don't hold it to the same standards. I have made purchases, redeemed my rewards, applied coupon codes all very effectively. Again, overall, I have really enjoyed the app experience.

It's perfect for looking in a general area, if you know exactly what you're looking for its even better. Great app all around, no problems I've experienced, get the results I look for. (Although you guys should add more categories, like a separate area for studio monitors and midi controllers, just production area period)

I shop at BB a lot and having that app is the most convenient way possible. I love the app because I can pull up all the pricing, and since there is a difference between prices in-store and online, this helps with price match. I can also compare to other retails and get a price match with just a few touch. Great app!!!

Every update seems to get better and better. I find my self using the app before I get to the store and actually while I am in the stores. I use it to check inventory and to compare and research products. The only thing I could put on my want list is if I could see my credit card account information! A must have app!

I like the fact that I can count on finding the items that I need on your website! Keeping the app fresh is more than good customer service, it means that a vendor is keeping up with the times.
