myMeditation supports a healthy, daily meditation practice for the novice and seasoned practitioners alike. myMeditation introduces beginners to Pranayama (guided breathing work) in their practice, and enhances and deepens the practice for experienced meditators.

The program provides a gentle sound pattern to guide your breath, as well as a timer for silent meditation. Every aspect of your experience can be customized to suit your preferences, including:
