I don't understand what people get from complaining & ranting on & on about the same thing. This review is for the app not the service, if you HATE it so much just switch! Stop complaining, fix it! What happened to behaving like an adult? I've had AT&T for 15 years, I love them. yes there's been issues, what company is perfect? none. get over it. they've fixed it every time, stop going over your data limit, read the terms & conditions update the app, simple as that. Instead of complaining why don't you fix it, AT&T has the best customer service & largest as well. I've done my research. GROW UP
