This app is awesome and easy to use. From storing our past shopping info to planning our next spree, this app has it all. Love the 1-click checkout. Less typing and more shopping, you can't get better than that unless you had your had own personal shopper. What fun would that be? NONE

Even though most people say i loved the old layout, i never really downloaded the version before this and i just love the app, it tells you all the info you need like the overall price, discount, what day it'll arrive, it's just a great app, love it. Better than eBay definitely.

I really love the app, and use it pretty often. It's easy to use, and so much better than EBay ever was (I couldn't stand that site.). I've never had any issues with it crashing, as I've heard some other people do. All in all, it's an app I don't see myself going without.

This app is phenomenal. I can always track my purchases, easily filter through products and find whatever I need.
I think some individuals may be needing to reboot their devices because I have never experienced any of the issues they are having.

I have a shopping problem, amazon's app does not help. It is too easy to make a purchase and the app is easy to navigate. The only problem I have is that the app does not support the purchase of digital content. I have to go to the site to purchase books for my kindle.

Everything works good even the Touch ID, the only problem is that the shipment notifications don't work. I've had multiple things shipped to my house with shipment notifications on and I didn't receive any notifications for them, other then that everything works good

I was having difficulties with my order and so I went to they're contact page and I typed in my phone number. Within a couple of seconds I received a phone call and was helped by a friendly customer service representative. Best customer service I've ever dealt with.

This app is wonderful but the only thing is that you should be able to share a product via email or text because there are many times I have wanted to compare products with my friends or show them something I found and have not been able to without screenshotting it

I'm not sure why people are giving this bad reviews because it actually works very well. Yes, it can be a little slow at times but that doesn't really matter...unless your an impatient person. I order stuff off of this all the time and everything arrives here fine.

I love it that it notifies me when my order is being shipped, arrived! Also it is very handy to check prices and reviews of products on the go. I haven’t used the Apple Watch version yet because I’m rather trigger happy...I mean I try not to buy on impulse :p

Works great for finding things and buying them. Seems like the haters are either: 1) having crash problems, which may or may not be the app (try deleting and reinstalling); or 2) liking for other features (which is a sign of the strength of demand for the tool).

Amazon's app is one of the best designed apps in terms of function and ease of use. They are constantly updating the app with useful features such as incorporating Apples fingerprint sign on and Apple Watch compatibility. Search function is very good & useful.

This app really got better after the latest update. I got some pretty useful features like swipe to see details or sipe the other way to add to your cart! Not only does it let you save time but it also makes it really simple to use! I really recommend the app.

I buy all the time now and I don't have any problems. Use an iPhone 5S with a fingerprint reader to sign in quickly. All these bad reviews must be before revisions or for other operating systems. It was a little buggy several months ago but now it works great.

I can't say how it runs on other devices, but it's completely stable on my iPhone 6 with iOS 8.

My only suggestion to the developers would be to allow us to remove payment methods in the app. I have to go to the web interface whenever I want to remove a card.

It's so easy to fine things. I've only ever had one problem with something I ordered and they fixed it right away when I talk to them. Makes my life a lot easier I would recommend this for anybody who's lazy or can't find things are looking for anywhere else.

This app has been rock solid for most revisions - the most recent seems to have an issue where images stop getting displayed at one point and - unless you've downloaded them previously - you never get the new ones.

I have loved this app for years. It does almost everything the full website can do, but in a compact package. There are still some specialized website features that can't be accessed in the app, but that's ok. The app gets my quick shopping done in seconds.

I tried multiple times in attempt to submit a return request on the website but there has been system errors that obviously did not get fixed promptly. I am glad that I tried the app and the return went through just in a second! What a pleasantly surprise.

I love amozon! It is a great thing to have on your phone because it has just about anything from stuffed animals to washing machines. Or something even more different from stuffed animals, I just can't think of it right now. But I am not lying, it is great
