Becky has transformed her mind and body all from home using free weights and has achieved amazing results as well as confidence. Within the app you will find follow along full length workouts where she will struggle, sweat and sometimes swear with you. NUTRITION
Becky will be continuously adding her meals/recipes to the nutrition section of the app. You will find meals that are high in protein, easy to prepare, and delicious. There is no fad diet or strict meal plan. Becky is a self described "lazy cook" but her meals are so simple and nutrient dense that it's almost genius. No complicated dishes, perfect for life on the go or someone who just doesn't like spending lots of time preparing their meals. Becky never restricts foods and always leaves room for a treat. If you're going to train like Becky you're going to get hungry and you will need to fuel your body with enough nutrient dense food to give you the energy to put in the work. Let her show you exactly how she does it - it might surprise you how easy it can be!
WORKOUT PROGRAMS
Whether you are a beginner or an advanced lifter, there is a program for you. Becky has designed each program to perfection with her favourite exercises to give you incredible results all from home using minimal equipment. All you need to do is dedicate 30-50 minutes of your day! Within the workouts, some exercises will have a 'swap' feature with a list of alternate exercises to choose from. Maybe you need an easier exercise or you don't have the listed equipment. We've got you covered.
CHAT FORUM
The BBB Ladies Lounge grew to popularity on Facebook with the BBB 6 Week Challenges and we are happy to announce that we are putting the Ladies Lounge on the app so everyone can connect, help each other and just share their journey. Its so motivating to see and hear from other people who are on the same path as you. So many lifelong friendships have been made through the Ladies Lounge and we are so excited to see this continue on the app.
Health and fitness is definitely a lifestyle. Becky has tried so many of the fad diets and been through so many of the mental barriers of the journey. She's finally found a sustainable way to maintain balance with exercise and diet that doesn't result in binge eating or burning out. You need to do this for YOU. Focus on feeling better and being healthier. Stay consistent and in time the results will show. You are so important and you deserve to feel your best.
