The EGO App offers a cutting-edge, easy-to-use way to get the most out of
your connected EGO Movement e-bike and increase convenience and security. For instance,
unlock and lock your e-bike via the app with keyless-go and activate the movement alarm to
receive a push message in case of theft. Locate your e-bike via GPS. Enjoy the in-built map
feature giving you cycle-friendly routes that are the fastest way through your city. Use the
live dashboard with battery charge level, CO2-savings and other indicators you can

Getting Started - Setting Up Your EGO App.
Once you have downloaded the EGO App, registration is a three simple steps process:

1. sign in and set username and password
2. add profile picture and custom information
3. connect with your EGO e-bike

And you're ready to go!

Live Dashboard Display - Live on-the-go.

The Live Dashboard Display lets you personalise your EGO App dashboard by choosing which features from a range of amazing features you want to see up top. Speed, state of charge, distance to destination, CO2-savings, trip duration, distance covered and an odometer are all functions you can choose from. Additionally you can change the assistance level of the e-bike and also switch on and off the lights.

Navigation, Maps, and Tracking - Arrive in style.

Navigate the urban jungle like never before with the. The Live Map function gives you an overview of your current location live on the map. The app will provide different bike-friendly options with altitude profiles and you will get turn-by-turn navigation along the chosen route. This ensures you get to your destination in the fastest time possible and with the comfort level you want. In addition, the Ego App will also track your rides and save them in the activity feed. So you can check them out later.

Theft protection - A beautiful bike needs protection.

The Theft Protection in the EGO App function immediately sends you an alert when your locked bike is moved. The Theft Protection system is made more powerful in combination with the Bike Locator function - giving you the last location of your bike, even if the battery has been removed. So whether it’s been moved while you were away, or you simply forgot where you parked it, we got you covered!


Support / Help - A little help from your friends.

The EGO App offers you support at the touch of a button! The support button enables you to reach our support centre directly via email, with crucial bike-related information already attached. Once you get in touch with us, our dedicated team will do everything they can to resolve your issue at the earliest.

Know your EGO and keep it up-to-date:

The EGO App also gives you key information about your EGO E-bike. A picture and type of the bike, unhitching from the vehicle and updates. Also you will have the possibility to profit from over-the-air updates.
