MASS TEXTING

It can be as simple as a few clicks:
- Select to send a message
- Select the group (see Groups section below) of people you want to send it to
- Select (see Stored Messages section below) or type in the message you want to use
- (optional) Personalize the message for each recipient
- Send the message off to everyone!

GROUPS

* Organize your contacts into groups for mental clarity
* Quickly send a mass text to everyone in a group
* When you create a contact through Kontact, you can immediately add them to a group

Examples:
- For business people: Create groups for Prospects, Active Clients, Potential Clients, etc.
- For travelers: Create groups for cities you frequently visit. Then you can easily see what contacts you have when you return to that city.
- For socialites: Create groups for different friend circles. Maybe you have a volleyball crew, a board games crew, and a Saturday night crew.

STORED MESSAGES

Find yourself repeating messages and want an organized place to store them? Want to remember a good message to send in the future? Stored Messages is there to help.

Examples:
- You're a fitness trainer and you want to periodically send a word of inspiration to your clients. You can create a Stored Message Category and store a bunch of motivational messages within it, so that in the future, when you want to reach out, you can quickly select and send one of those messages.
- You're a business person or sales person and find yourself often texting your pitch. Store it so you can send it out more quickly in the future. You can also tailor it whenever you want or create multiple versions of it.
- Someone told you an effective line for online dating. Store it so you remember it for later.
