This can benefit you on some occasions such as when you want to find your friend in the social network of the moment to be able to follow him, but in most cases the end does not justify the means, since you are sharing with a stranger a large amount of data that They may turn against you.

The result of storing only contacts in the phone book (and sharing it with third-party applications) is that in the account suggestions to follow on Instagram you will see people you really do not want to follow, such as the plumber who once came for insurance , or your 4th neighbor who is the president of the community.
