Mileage Logbook automatically tracks you when you are driving, cycling or using public transport. If you wish you can simply disable it's auto-tracking option and start/stop your journeys manually. Or you can use both options at the same time.

You can also connect the app to your vehicle's bluetooth, handset bluetooth, or Apple CarPlay. This option is for the users who don't want to be tracked when when they are in an another vehicle.

Mileage Logbook is designed as a battery friendly app. It can accurately record your journeys and handle even the most complex background GPS processes without draining your battery. Here is why:

• It stops tracking and creates a trip log as soon as your journey ends.

• It stops consuming your location data when you leave your phone as stationary anywhere but not driving.

• It does consume your location data when you walk but only if it receives a new GPS update. This process is less frequent than the journey tracking.

Reports & Mileage Rates

Mileage Logbook automatically updates your monthly and annual reports when you review a journey. The reports are customisable and can be generated as PDF or Excel format for your accountant.

When you install the app your mileage rates will be the standard flat rates set by HMRC. But you can anytime edit these rates with an easy one tap -> edit process on the app.
