They fixed it as soon as I asked for

In my previous review: I have paid a lot of money on Nebula and meanwhile it's usually clunky to use, especially with the ask psychics functions, it still worked so I was okay with it. However, after a few months of not using, I cannot even open the app on iphone anymore. I tried uninstalled and reinstalled several times to no success.

One day after that, they fixed the app so now I can use it again, which is honestly a great customer service.
The app's content is very therapeutic, however, definitely expensive, and the chat function could definitely improve to get less laggy.
