Within this app there are 7 places to go.

1. Listen to the guided 5-minute Kelee meditation practice by Ron W. Rathbun. We recommend to meditate once in the morning and once in the evening for best results.
2. Read the instructions on how to do this meditation based on stillness of mind.
3. Watch a short video on how to do this practice.
4. Listen to Daniel Lee, M.D. explain the Kelee phenomenon.
5. Write in your journal after your meditation practice.
