The du­ra­ti­on of the coo­king time is de­ter­mi­ned by the size of the eggs, in­for­ma­ti­on about ref­ri­ge­ra­tor, room tem­pe­ra­tu­re and even the alti­tu­de in which you are lo­ca­ted.
