瞑想の時間を測ってくれて、その記録ができるアプリです。
ガイドなどはついていないので、あらかじめ本などで瞑想のやり方は知っておく必要があります。
しかし呼吸瞑想など、瞑想のやり方を知っていれば、ガイドなどの多機能のアプリに比べてシンプルで使いやすいです。
無料ですが、ちゃんとアップデートも更新されていてありがたいです(PayPalで寄付(donation)ができるようになっています)。
