SWEATで念願の、お腹が割れました(笑)

日本人向けに日本語でレビュー書きます!
このアプリは、食事管理からトレーニングまでしっかりとしたプログラムが組まれていて、自分の好きなインストラクターを選ぶことができ、毎日・毎週違う内容のトレーニングができるので全然飽きません!
トレーニングも30~50分(ストレッチも含め)なので短すぎず長すぎずで続けやすい。
長年、なかなか引き締まらないお腹に悩んでいましたが、SWEATを始めてから腹筋が4パックまで割れました!
体全体にもいい感じに筋肉がつき、友人たちから羨ましがられるほど。
日本語設定がないのが残念ですが、トレーニング中は動画を見ながら動きを追うだけだし、登録の際も特に難しい英語は使っていませんので、ぜひ日本でもSWEAT流行って欲しいな!と思ってレビューしました(*^^*)
費用もジムに通うよりも全然安く、とても素晴らしいアプリです!

Great

I love this app. It has different trainers, who do different kinds of training and exercises. You can choose your fitness level, and it also has a food plan. You can also do it with you Apple Watch. It’s a no fuss, no frills, (around) 30-minutes of exercise and stretches. You can also do challengers and try workouts from different instructors. It also gives you a weekly report on your workouts and progress. I can’t recommend it enough. I just wish you could download the workouts for times where there’s no wifi.

Sweat App is a Great Help specially for beginners.

When i decided to do fitness Journey. The only work out i know to do is run or walk in the thread-mill or use the Stationary Bikes. I don't have confidence to use other machines or do other work out exercise. BBG work out in Sweat App gives me confidence to do other work out because of its easy to follow work out circuit and well instructed exercises. Plus the seen result after a week of doing the work outs.
