The one drive app is great for personal files but collaboration is really the name of the game
For folks who are new to groups, these make office 365 collaboration easy! Anyone, anywhere access to files, conversations and notes.

Team chat way better than in Outlook
If you use Outlook groups as a part of a large team this is way, way better than using within Outlook. I have turned off groups in Outlook and just use this app now.
