We love Disney. We come here every two years. We love how they intently place everything just as a child's imagination would experience.
I was dissatisfied, however, with last nights Roger Rabbit experience. We saw that the rude says 45mn. Wait, so we decided to get in line (this was after we couldn't get on Matterhorn with our fast passes, because the ride broke down). We waited in line for 1 1/2 hours with two small kids. When we finally got on it, it broke down. We had to wait another 30mn. Tone escorted out. Being that it's Disney, I was just really disappointed.

Maxpass is great and I am really happy I got it. It is a huge pain that you can't link accounts like the Disney world app. You have to scan the tickets in your party on every phone. Makes no sense and messed up one person in our six person party because we only had one phone charged but it was missing his scan. Although right before the time Disney just added him into the fastpass without me mentioning it to anyone at Disney. It was sorta like magic, you can tell they're trying their best and the app made the trip great.

i love this app because you can see the wait times without going to the ride and you can plan out what you're doing next when you're in line for another ride or eating. it's also helpful as a map if you need that. i love that it shows where characters are located and what times you can meet them. one of my favorite things is connecting your annual pass to your account so you can see your photopass pictures or pictures that are taken on rides!

I love this app! I love how it gives us wait times so we could come back if the line is too long for rides! Looking for Disney characters was a life saver so we could meet both old and new characters. The map is so handy for anything you need to see or find. And connecting your photos from the photo card and putting them on the app is awesome. Making dinner reservations was easy! I highly recommend! Thank you for creating the app.

This app is a great way to map out where you’ll want to go before you get there. It also tells you the times of the rides so you don’t walk there only to find out you need to wait 2 hrs, while another ride is only 15 min. It also gives you dining information, where Disney characters are, and other information that puts you in control of your time and energy. And, you can memorize the map at Disneyland so you know where everything is.

I really love this app. I could book my reservations for the restaurants. Get info for park hours. Link annual passes. Get map info to find restaurants, restrooms, etc. Save and link my Disney photos.
The only flaw is that sometimes the ride times are incorrect and the cast members don’t accept our link passes to get a discount through this app. Other than than it’s a pretty cool app.

My family loves this app but we really need a section about parking... which lots are available and if the structure is closed. It also would be nice to be able to find the Disneyland band sets with out trying every land. Also it would be helpful to have the ability to reorganize the top tabs to reflect what you need the most.
We are loving the photopass max! This is amazing!

Can pretty much do anything with the app, fastpass, photopass, map of park. Ride times. Showtimes and restrooms. Reservations for restaurants. Can enter park with the app . Its amazing

I love this app so much but I would love it a ton more if it was compatible with Apple Watch! Like wait times, maybe ticket purchase, and even all the stuff you can do on the app!!!

Helpful especially now with the MaxPass! The wait times are more accurate than a year ago. I used to use Mousewait. Now I only use this app.

This app is super helpful. Wait times are accurate. I really like how you can view the menu for restaurant and get a gauge on the prices !
