I've had zero problems with my app. It is easy to use completely intuitive. If I have ever tried to book car where there has not been availability, I typically get a call within five minutes from the location with a suggestion as to where I can go to find one. I rent cars once or twice a week, I rarely take the time to review an app or company but Enterprise is different. No matter what State I am in, airport I pick up from, the customer service standard is high-quality. I use my app to reserve my car every time, and I've never had a problem, in fact if they don't have the car I've reserved, they typically upgrade me to a better car at no cost. I will use another company, if an enterprise is not within walking/Uber/bus distance. From vehicle extension times to changing drop off points, unexpected miles to a chip in the windshield, I have always been treated fairly… Actually I'd say more than fair, generous is a better word. I can't say enough about my positive experiences with Enterprise Rent-A-Car. As many positive things I've said about enterprise those things are amplified by the monumental screw-ups I've experienced everywhere else… Download the app, stop messing around with other knucklehead companies.

I have used the app 3 times in the last 4 months to book 1-2 week car rentals out of 2 different airports. When I arrived to pick up the cars, the staff has been very friendly at both pickups and returns. I even got a free upgrade on my first rental when the agent realized how much luggage I had with me (I was moving from WI to CA!) Can't beat that customer service. When I returned the car, they even have me a free ride back to my new apartment.

I love this app for a couple basic reasons. First, it's easy to compare rental prices at different airports and for different models of cars. Descriptions of cats are provided and all the fees and rules are fully explained. Second, you can reserve a car without having to pay until you return it. (Im not bothered that they ask for driver's license and credit card info - obviously this is to insure you RETURN the car!) Third, you can cancel or make changes without penalty. And finally the app provides maps, links to customer service, optional extras, toll info, etc...

As long as I continue to receive nice cars and effective customer service, Enterprise is my go-to car rental company.

To turn the app on ... please know you must enter in your name, street address, phone number, drivers license number, email, and I think something else. Later on they get your credit card number. Now mind you ... this is all to turn it on so you get to find the location of their nearest Enterprise rental store. I found all this disturbing to do, so much so I complained that not only was it unnecessary but vulnerable to hacking and ID theft. Some one gets into this place it is a rich resource to such crimes on your person because of their business decisions that I consider odious, misplaced and clear example of poor judgment.

The app is so modern and works so well. Just did a reservation for a trip in Portland and it was super easy. Now I can have all my info in the phone no need to print papers. Also love for the new iPhones that has enabled the force touch to make a new reservation or other stuff. Tried other car rental app and Really this is the best app yet by far. I'm one of those that uses an app for everything so keep up the good work.

Not only was it super easy to reserve a car and modify my pick-up time when I knew I’d be late, but this app was super helpful when I was going to return my car. I needed to find nearby gas stations when returning my car this past Saturday - I launched the app and there was a feature right there to help me find gas nearby. Great work, Enterprise!

So finally Enterprise gets an app! Now I can rent from them again. Already booked 3 reservations. My favorite rental app! That's saying a lot because it usually takes a while to figure out an app. However, this is my favorite rental app. Very easy and streamlined. Rewards reservations are simplified over all others! Hope they remain this way....

The Enterprise app is intuitive and easy to use. I am amazed at how painful many travel websites and apps make it to book reservations. That is not the case with this app.

I can make a reservation in less than a minute. The app also lets me modify and cancel my reservations.

This is truly one of the best apps that I use. Nice job Enterprise!

This app is great. It's a lot quicker when your making a reservation as opposed to the website. It's really easy to navigate and it's easy to modify, cancel, etc, your reservation. It also shows your your plus points and what you need to reach the exit tier. A great app that keeps getting better with each update.

Love the app. Easy to use. Takes less than a minute to reserve a vehicle. The location I use is extremely busy, so the idea of waiting in line on the phone is crazy to me. Plus the app will post to my calendar also and send a reminder via text. And, if you need to cancel you can do it on the app. Great app!!!

Enterprise has done a wonderful job with their mobile app - I can easily reserve a reservation ahead of time AND it incorporates my Membership points. You can call a representative at any time for questions. If only all apps for businesses were like this. It's honestly one of the more useful tools on my phone.

How did it take this long?!?! I travel tons for work and rely on an admin staff to book cars. This app gives me great visibility of what's booked and will provide some flexibility if plans need to shift. So happy to finally have this along with the broader suite of travel-related apps on my phone.

The Enterprise app works great. I booked online through their website for years and this is even better. Plus it's easy to change reservations. A perfect complement to the great staff they have at the Prudential Center branch where I always pick up my rentals.

Just downloaded the app and within a minute I had opened it and booked a rental car !
I read the complaint about not seeing past and current rentals, but I disagree. If you go back to the home page, all that information is there.

Rent for work 2-3 times per month and love the app! Very easy to use and the feature that allows you to reuse rental information when picking up from the same location is great! I can make reservations in a minute or less using this app!

As a long-time Enterprise customer, it’s really wonderful to finally see an app. I really appreciate that I can find locations nearby me (honestly had no idea there were so many). Will be adding this to my suite of travel apps!

Thanks for finally creating an app and making it one of the best travel-related apps out there. It's intuitive, clear and quick. Whoever worked on it deserves a raise and a job at every other company that creates apps for travel.

This is a great app and it makes life easier to reserve cars on mobile. My family uses Windows phone and it would be great if you can release Windows 10 app as well so that its easy for all of us to make reservations on the go.

I just recently returned from Canada where I rented a vehicle for a week or so and enterprise is just awesome in this app just makes it a lot easier to manage your enterprise plus account and rent a vehicle of course.

They were late to the game but it was well worth the wait! As a USAA member would be nice to be able to add the discount code while booking on the app.
