Accessible from overseas

Currently living in Japan where counseling services are rare to begin with, and almost none are in English. Really nice to have access to this service while I don't have local support.

Overall great. I like my counselor and we're having useful conversations.

Onboarding could have been a little better. It kind of expects you to find the "schedule a meeting" function yourself while I was waiting for a prompt from the platform or counselor.

Price tag is pretty serious, but counseling is never cheap. Just looking at it as an investment in myself.
