People who say this don't work are trying to connect when there is no virgin buddy hotspot available!? I mean it's like trying to connect to the Internet when u have no internet in ur area? Or no form of Ethernet adaptor installed on your device and saying it don't work? Read what they say it's not installed everywhere yet so won't work in all places! An to say it's not a identified network to assign on ur phone is laughable the chap who said they don't know what he's talking about! There is no security threat with anything to do with a named company like virgin media I think a half on here that reviewed are REALY dumb and the other half think there network engineers! And a small amount actually know how to use it and read things properly! Anyway it works fine for the small minority that read first!

Works perfectly well, can't understand reviews posted saying it doesn't! Once you get the profile install, it's done! There should be a system to rate stupid comments down the list! Just because you can't do it, doesn't mean anything is wrong with the app.

You'd have turned my phone off for almost six hours now, and all I keep getting is a message saying to me if I dial 789 I will get sorted " and I still haven't been sorted yet please call me or get in touch somehow or way please please please thanks.

Has worked well for me from the beginning. Often connected automatically on train stations and many other major hotspots. Great app!

Great app easy to use let me connect to Cloud, London Underground and even Heathrow wifi without having to sign in each time!

Love this app WiFi on underground and airports brill!

It seems to do what it says.
