Whether at home or at the office, in a therapeutic context or during personal training, now you can easily do something for your health and your body. Just 10-15 minutes daily will bring visible results. Test training programmes, training games and a high score are motivation for regular training.
An important dimension of training is digitization. The Bodyteamwork app is based on scientifically recognized training concepts and can significantly improve the quality of training and increase motivation to practice and train. Your training will develop the basics for optimal balance, coordination and stability. Bodyteamwork allows the fine inner muscles and nerves to interact perfectly and teaches the body to "move like a team". This effective combination of strength, activation, coordination and balance training is the optimal addition to existing movement recommendations.
The interplay of active movement control and stabilizing balance is extremely important and can sustainably release movement blocks and tension (pelvic floor, lumbar spine, thoracic spine, neck).
In case of injuries it is possible to gain fuller mobility again through these exercises (ankle joint, knee joint, hip joint). In sports, this can improve performance (strength, endurance, flexibility and technique) and prevent injuries.
The small, subtle, repeated balancing movements combined with the visible feedback function are what make the difference and therefore increase the effect of the training.
