This is a great news app. It's a wonderful complement to all of the reading apps that are out there. If you want visual news in shortened form (10 to 30 minutes… your call) this is the one to get. Reuters news is worldwide in its reach, and they have put together an app that is easy on the eyes and very functional.

In portrait mode you can see the stories that are coming up, next skip to the one you want to see, and ignore the others. In landscape mode it moves seamlessly from one story to the next with elegant transitions. The ads are short, interesting, and relatively unobtrusive.

Love it, great app. Good for real news and not a bunch of pop culture crap blended in. I personally watch the news for the bigger Important stories going on around the world. A short briefing of the story so that I can research it myself and make sense of it. Compared to other news apps it's one of the best. Glad I downloaded it. And for the comments that say it's biased. That's not true. You shouldn't watch any news feed and take it verbatim. If the overall story interests you stop being lazy and research it further to form your own opinion.

Absolutely obsessed already with this app-- what an innovative new way for me to consume my news! Love that I get the same stories whether I watch a longer or shorter session, just with different levels of depth and detail. Interface is beautiful and advertisements are brief, rare and barely noticeable. Reuters sets the bar high for it's quality of reporting, attention to detail and fact-checking and this app is no different. Definitely worth paying for after a month.

The tech support team has been dealing w/ somewhat of a baffling tech issue that affects my ability purchase a subscription. Nevertheless, the support staff were EXTREMELY quick respond to my request for assistance. My issue remains unresolved but we’ve found a temporary workaround for the time being. Aside from the wonderful support, the app is INCREDIBLE & completely worth the monthly subscription price! Highly recommended!!

For any news junkie, this is a fantastic way to catch up based upon the time you have. You're able to set your viewing length and the app pulls the videos for viewing. The transitions are smooth. I've had it for just over a week now and find myself going to it more and more. Great mix of topics, good reporting, and just random enough to keep you guessing while covering the day's top stories. Good app - well worth downloading.

Beautiful and highly functional app that presents the news in a way I can only get from ReutersTV: self-curated video news stories that I can research, skip and choose a "highlight" length. As a cord cutter, I don't have normal access to conventional news outlets, so this is a beautiful and simple substitute. Great tech and one of the most visually stunning UX designs I've ever seen. A++. My only suggestion: A new app icon!

This app is beautiful because it brings not just the look or the feeling but the luxury of watching the news to a modern person in an ever-changing lifestyle and timeframe.

I like this app. It's easy to use, works around my schedule and supports AirPlay to my TV. Pick your desired program length and you get curated stories based on your preferences, the application learns over time what you like. There is an option for ad free viewing, but the ads are short and don't frustrate me so I won't bother. It's free, download it and use it daily.

Nice sharp videos and quality programming. Feels like a big leap forward in how we can watch the news on our devices. It's like broadcast news for the modern age.

I also like that I can access live news streams when major events unfold, although I haven't tried it yet. I don't love the monthly subscription fee, but it's cheap and worth it for such a quality experience.

Awesome design and nice experience watching the news. I don't mind the ad hoc quality video by some of the journalists. And I don't mind the videos that are just footage and don't have narration. those are interesting.

The navigation is easy and the video editing in the high quality videos is great. Love the fancy intro too

I really like this app. It's ready to provide me a tailor made newscast whenever I want it. The content is concise and the reports often deliver a unique viewpoint. The recent addition of the iPad optimization is welcome.

Very clean and simple design. Just jump in and watch short form news. So far, all stories have been very relevant to me (as a business professional interested in politics, global news, and tech).

The ability to choose how long my viewing experience is is crucial given the limited amount of time I have.

Offline viewing is great for my commute.

I really like this app. I used it a bit in the past but now that it's on the new Apple TV, I watch it all the time. The UI is very well designed and I love how you can select how long you want your newscast to be.

It would be even better if you could tell them topics you're interested in like the Apple News app.

Refreshing presentation of the news in a timely manner that reinvigorates the profession of journalism. The opinions are left to those being covered or interviewed, where they belong. Stories are updated regularly and I skip very few of them as they are relevant and presented in a thought-provoking manner.

Love the look.. Darker background colors.. Always a great idea!

It would be cool if you could make the audio work as the launch screen comes up without you having to un-mute it. Otherwise it's easy to miss audio at the launch and the time stamp announcement..

Like having it able to run in the background!!

Reuters TV is the best news app available today. I can watch news from journalists all around the world, it’s always up to date when I press play, and I can even watch without internet. It’s the fastest, most convenient way for me to catch up with the news if I only have 5 or 10 minutes to spare.

I just downloaded this and think it is the best way to stay informed. You simply select how much time you have and it provides a custom news update. You can also program to download a video at a specific time each day. I'll be using this everyday on my way to work. Great job building this app!
