まず、一ヶ月トレーニングが続いています。
ストイックにトレーニングをされる人向けとの紹介が多いと思いますが、トレーニングを計画的に出来ないので、使っています。
バーチャルライドのアプリより退屈かもですが、バーチャルライドでそこまでやる気が向上しない自分には今のところ良いと思っています。
