The book was designed by a speech therapist and a yoga instructor to help kids focus on the task at hand.The movements are broken up into a warmup, the main workout, and a cool down. Utilize the cool down to calm and relax anxious minds. Or perhaps take kids through the workout to help them "get their wiggles out" when they're bouncing off the walls!
