The Cutting Edge!

Cricut has made this app so convenient to work with. They've gotten rid of a lot of the glitches, but I still get the occasional freeze. Important to save often, and I love that they have "save" option which is faster than "save as". There are a lot of neat features including drag & drop to sync layer colors. It's easy to look through all their projects and save ones I like to my account, and to search through images and fonts to find just the right thing to add to a project. I think the handling of layers is easier than on the computer. I use an Explore with a Bluetooth attachment & it is easy to manipulate cutting through my iPad. One drawback is I have so many more fonts on my computer, and will lose them when I open files on iPad. Wish it could retain the info, even though it can't display it. Suggestions for the future - more flexibility to add cut and score lines, and a subtractive weld where you only keep what combined layers have in common. If Cricut is reading this, could you market a tacky glue to recoat the mats?
