【National Car Rental】評価/口コミ・レビュー [iPad]

I'm not sure why it took so long but this seems to be the first car rental app out there - and it works at version 1.0.

It works perfectly so far and I'm looking forward to additional features like reviewing prior rentals and being able to email copies of receipts. They even got the little things right too like being able to click on a return address and be offered the option to copy to clipboard so you can paste it into a GPS.

I find this app to be well polished and easy to use. I have not experienced bugs or freezes as others stated. Where I rent from only has the virtual aisle service available so I've tested it several times. It works well and is really easy and cool to use. My boss was jealous when he saw me do it and made sure to do it himself on the next trip.

Bottom line, this is a solid functional app.

I know I've been complaining about national not having an app. I regularly rent with them, often last minute. Going online or having to call is a pain. But, this has been well worth the wait. The app has been thoughtfully created with the customer in mind. The navigation is smooth. Over all the app is well designed its clean and crisp. I hope going forward it will stay like this.

I've switched my loyalty from Avis & Hertz to National based solely on the amazing experience I've had with this app. Clean, simple design. Rental information is always up-to-date. The other guy's apps are embarrassingly bad.

The negative comments are clearly due to user error.

I can't be happier. National is the only car rental company I use, and of all my travel partners, they were the only ones without an app to make life easier via a mobile interface. So far, the app is working flawlessly, and my profile is exactly as it should be - accurate and easy to access. It took a while, but I guess this time it was worth the wait!!

The app is a big relief- works well and simplifies the booking process. I like national and the emerald aisle so I've been willing to suffer through a bad interface on the web, can't view or modify existing reservations without the confirmation numbers etc. these problems have been solved and I'll probably never need to use the web app again.

National's app developers appear to be running circles around their web developers. I don't even want to open their web site, but this app is well built and feature rich. I will use this for all my future rentals, especially now that they added "extend my rental" to the app. Great job.

App is even better than the website IMO
