My cousin told me that he had a friend who's using this remittance for quite sometime. He said it has a higher rate dollar value compared to other remittance company. I never knew Remitly before, but because I trusted my cousin, I looked it up in the internet and found information about Remitly. I tried using it at first, then the second, then the third and I forgot how many more I used Remitly to send money back home. It's fast and customer service is good in taking care of my concern. I can cancel or even change info if I made a mistake in the address or misspelled the name of my recipient. No pressure on my part and guaranteed my money will be handled well to reach my love ones. Thank you Remitly.

I have been sending money to the Philippines for over 5 years now using the most well know money service until they started making it difficult that's when I found Remitly. I found the process of setting up an account fast and secure. The lower fee's are impressive and the various methods a recipient can receive the money is an added bonus. I have used Remitly several times with no issues. I continue use Remitly because it's easy to use and the fees are so much lower than other services. Remitly is the only service I will use to send money to the Philippines. Security is top tier.

I am So happy i found remitly after having business with Xoom, they (xoom) just blocked me cuz i changed my bank acct i got so upset and start lookin for remittance company until i found remitly. So easy so fast so reliable. Low fee charges and they send emails to me and the recipient too. Safe and very convenient specially having this app i can send money to my family in the Philippines anytime using my mobile. I even got my husband to use remitly and we got $40 & $10 gift card from using remitly. God bless u guys and more power. Mahalo!

Sending money to the Philippines has never been so easy and convenient! Remitly app is easy to use. Money is sent to the family in the Philippines instantly and they receive a text informing them that there is money ready for pick up. Customer service is also great! I had to call them a few times and they were able to help me with my concern & questions without giving me any hassle. Overall, I love this app and would recommend it! Keep up the good work Remitly! Thank you remitly for coming to the reacue! I used to go to Xoom for sending money but not just customer service is poor also their service is. Remitly has Bette exchange rate, I can send as low as $35 if it is only for a simple gift. Cheaper charge for transfer fee. Pls don't change and be one of those greedy companies out there. Keep up the good work!! Love you all for taking care of us Filipinos

I love the service! I've been with Remitly in like forever and I don't ever plan to do business with anyone else. Foreign rates are competitive, the charges are only $3.99 for a quick transfer, user friendly setups, logins for your account are superb for security they track your activity and then the most important is that you'll get a confirmation when your recipient receives the money.

I occasionally send money to Mexico and since I've discovered this app it's made everything so much easier. The transaction fee is so much less than others and the money arrives safely and instantly. I even received a free gift card and a zero charge on my first transaction. & talk about customer service their so quick to reply and very respectful. So far I love these guys!

I never feel like I'm getting raped like I did with WU. Making reoccurring transaction are super easy. The fees that they charge are very reasonable. The pick up locations are freakin awesome!! More options equals more opportunities missed. I love this app and company. I hope they continue to help the little guy and not turn into a WU type business. Thank You!!!

I love how it has a "free" transaction. :) i send monthly to my family and remitly has made me save some money. :) very grateful for this app!! I sure hope this is not a scam though, the app asks questions other than my bank acct which made me nervous but since ive read the reviews, im putting my trust in this app. Dont let me down now.

I love this app because its quick , easy , fast and they are very reliable. But tell now i didnt get my $50 giftcard . They said when you send money at first time they will gave you $50 but till now i didnt receive it. I can trust this app so much they are honest . I love doing business to y'all . Wasn't sure about this app before because it's so new. But it was easy to use and great customer service. Had to call their customer service because the app didn't log me back in. But they were patient. The money transfer was done with in an hour and my sister in law got the money :)

The app is very convenient when money needs to be sent. Also, their fraud or customer protection team is always there to prevent any mishaps. If you cancel your transaction for any reason, keep in mind that it can take up 3 to 5 business days to be refunded.
