意外と素晴らしい
使用する辞書を英英、英和、英英和、仏和、、、と選択できるし、忘却曲線に合わせて単語と意味が自動でプッシュ通知される。
ものぐさな俺でもiPhoneを使っているだけで単語が憶えられる。
またまともな辞書がある程度豊富に揃えられているので他のアプリと違って正しい意味が表示される。
英単語は既に登録されているし、他のニュース等のアプリからも簡単に新規登録出来る。
ただ設定の自由度が高い為、自分の好みに合わせた設定をするのには多少の時間が掛かるかも知れない。

Thanks for your reply. However, the following three dictionaries :
Offline Picture Dictionary, JMdict English to Japanese & American idioms are not found in the Manage Dictionaries thus cannot be reinstalled.
