I've been using this app once a week for about a year now. No problems finding my local restaurants and their menus. I can use Apple Pay, bank card, or choose to pay upon delivery. Useful for confirming order payment and dispatch from selected restaurant. Good also for locating local restaurants for picking up an order too. *** Would be good to be able to edit a previous order to gain time though. ***

Love using the just eat app. So easy, quick and reliable. I have had trouble with using certain cards on the website but absolutely no trouble on the app! And I can use Apple Pay BONUS. Use the app probably once a week and never had any problems, the one time we did (with the restaurant no the app) we had no problems with reporting this and getting it dealt with through just eat! Love love love.

Easy interface, all your favourite food in one place and so easy to order, pay and then it's on it's way. So much less stressful than ordering from an individual restaurant's website. They even give you a delivery ETA and phone alerts for updates. If you make an account, they remember your card details and delivery address so you don't have to keep typing it in every time you want to order out

This app is absolutely fantastic, honestly it has made such a difference to my life. Ordering food has never been easier and more convenient. You can actually order with a peace of mind and be happy. Having the option to pay with Apple Pay with a single touch is huge, Game changing I'd say. I honestly hope more restaurants jump on board with this service and offer a delivery service.

I absolutely love this app, it's so easy to use rather than ringing up the takeaway if your awkward like me! Does what it says on the tin. Only time I've had a problem is when it says the order has been placed and then all of a sudden that takeaway goes offline and they cancel your order and you're waiting 3-5 working days for your money back. Other than that, it's fab!

Either a long day at home, been out and had a drink and cannot drive to pick some food up or like tonight I am hungry but waiting for Italy v Germany in the Euro's, so ordering online with this app is so easy. I've no money in the house so I can easily pay online and it's done. Bilals my Indian of choice always tend to put freebies inside too, which is always a bonus.

I've never had a problem with the app or the businesses that I have ordered from. If for any reason the takeaway can't fulfill my order then just eat don't actually debit the account. When you place an order online the money is earmarked to leave the account but if the other party don't take it the money automatically goes back to your available balance after 7 days.

This app always works great for us although I've never had to ask for a refund or anything. I use it in collaboration with the food standards agency website which lets me check which places have a good hygiene rating. I would love just eat to include these ratings inside the app itself so I can find places I trust more without having to mess about with another site!

I have tried to order using the website on my mobile a few times. Although that's been ok, it's a little frustrating. So glad I decided to use the app, really easy to set up, ordered in less than a minute and get updates to say where my order is at and delivery time much faster than what I get when I phone them direct!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I've had issues with this app but they have been resolved over time. Loving the new look.

It's meant to be good food hassle free. Some restaurants are shocking but that's not the apps fault.

Maybe a rating system in there may be good to weed out the rubbish ones with a 3 month expiry so they have chance to turn the negative reviews to positive ..

Who would have thought a great way to see what's available on one site rather than searching websites or hunting food menu. One gripe is the offers on the leaflets or website are not always the same. Would like to see a website for raw food as I like to cook. Supermarkets website so expensive to spend £15 and can't deliver in a short time.

This app is good and makes ordering food easy and simple. The only thing that puts me off is the 50p charge for debit and credit cards. You could just view the menu on this app and order direct from the shop to avoid the 50p charge.

Also would be good if you could see on the app when the delivery is on its way like you can with dominos.

This app is amazing when u can't be bothered to drive to collect when your tired takes the stress out of everything lets me watch Saturday night television etc without stressing out about cooking amazing app. Had a few let down takeaways but I don't use them no more and had a few other amazing ones that's all I can say is it's amazing.

I prefer to use the app as it is a lot easier and faster, it is also good if you don't like to ring and order as it is all online. It also locates a range of close takeaways, the order goes through really quickly and it gives a time for when your food should arrive. All in all I would recommend to anyone to download the app and use it.

I represent the stoners and hungover people from all over Britain, we give this app a big thumbs up. Easy lay out for those who are easily confused, simple colours for those angered by change and a wide variety of cuisines for those who are fussy. Thank you just eat, you have helped me not have to leave the house for yet another day.

So glad they finally fixed the app so people that use the older version of iOS can still use the app. There was a period where it kept freezing and it was so unfair that I had an old phone and couldn't order food with JustEat! But now it's all fixed and I'm super happy I can order my fav takeaway from my phone! Thanks JustEat ❤️

This app is fantastic! It's quick, convenient, and stays logged into your account so no having to remember passwords. It's easy to navigate, has brilliant variety, and confirms everything via email. Card details and address is saved automatically too so all you have to remember is your card security number. Easy..Precise..Fantastic

As a student, it's a lethal app to have downloaded but can't go wrong with it. It's always been useful and always enjoyed having it as it makes everything simple when ordering a takeaway and since having my iPhone 6 and using Apple Pay, I love that you're now able to pay using this method. Again, it's lethal, but fantastic.

The app seems to work smoothly on both my iPhone and iPad now, I love the fact it tells u when a takeaway has accepted ur order. The payment options are easy to choose from, the customer service from just eat is great too. They credited my account when a takeaway took my money and didn't deliver my food! Thanks just eat!

Well I like it, works very well as long as the restaurant doesn't decline it, if they do, you wait 3 days for a refund. Most restaurants near us are very Google & Just Eat have rung us back and contacted the restaurant when our order was late. Especially good rather than phoning if you/they have a difficult accent.
