To be honest, I almost didn't download this app; there was an instant video that I wanted to purchase and the only way I could view it was by using this app! Read all the reviews, the good, the bad and the ugly and decided to go for it anyway!!!! I downloaded the app and the video on my MacBook Air and was then able to view it on my iPad 3 ...worked like a charm and I also have it on my iPhone 6 plus...that said.. I only have Apple products so I can't account for any malfunction issues with other devices...all I can say is if you have an Apple device, specifically an iPad, you're home free!
