i have severe depression and i just got this app and it is pretty helpful. i havent beat depression yet, but this app kind of motivates me to do things. im usually too antisocial or afraid to go out. also this app gives you daily surveys to see how your feeling daily. when you first purchase the app you get a few surveys. one of them asks for you to answer a few questions honesty. this survey is a mini depression test. if you get around 20-27 that means you may have severe depression and it tells you to go see a doctor/therapist about taking a real test and getting medication for it. overall this is a great app that is very helpful.
