i have severe depression and i just got this app and it is pretty helpful. i havent beat depression yet, but this app kind of motivates me to do things. im usually too antisocial or afraid to go out. also this app gives you daily surveys to see how your feeling daily. when you first purchase the app you get a few surveys. one of them asks for you to answer a few questions honesty. this survey is a mini depression test. if you get around 20-27 that means you may have severe depression and it tells you to go see a doctor/therapist about taking a real test and getting medication for it. overall this is a great app that is very helpful.

This is really a great app I'm only 13 and I suffer from depression and when I downloaded this app you would check on my every day to see if I was doing just fine it also helps with suicidal thoughts and that type of stuff and also helps people who have medical issues like diabetes, this is honestly one of the most better apps I've found thanks for making it and putting it into the App Store !

This app helped me to understand and cope with my depression. Growing up in a family that shamed those who had mental health issues I was too afraid to seek a professional's help. This app would alert me to why I was feeling certain things and how to counteract those thoughts and feelings. I am very grateful to the hardworking team and researchers connected to ginger.io

This is an incredible way to manage my diabetes and keep in contact with my doctor.
