I have been playing this for almost two years and I play this game at least 3 times a day ( by choice). There are enough updates to keep it fun and it's something I look forward to. I've never paid for anything. No money is necessary for this game. My only complaint is I wish they offered more without having to purchase donuts. I haven't even watched the Simpsons since they first came on tv but I love this game!
