Love this app so easy to use. Very easy to navigate. However, it is very slow in loading and to authenticate my device. Other apps load and log on really well.
I use it mainly on my iPad, sometimes my iPhone but is still slow.
Also the everyday offers I get are not a lot of use because most of the ones I get given I wouldn't normally use. Not good really. Everyday offers would be so much better if they were given for where I actually shop.
That said still like the app for my accounts and keeping track of things on a regular basis.

Everyday offers most of which I would never ever use? I've never had any discount. Used an Argos offer and never got any discount?
Would like to see searches on account span a financial year not three months.
Would like to see more biometrics instead of passwords and customer given the option to add extra security from a list.
Would like to see notices post on our login to tell us there is a cheaper way to manage your account, pay off overdrafts or consolidate loans pay off credit cards etc....
Other than that the app is ok.

I have had internet accounts with other banks and have found the Lloyds mobile app streets ahead of the others. Whether it is paying a bill, sending money to relatives' accounts or transferring money between my own accounts everything is so simple.
One small gripe is that we can't choose the opening screen shot - I've lost my girl in wellies jumping for joy

Have use Lloyds internet banking for several years now and found it easy to navigate and very useful on PC. The app makes it simple to use on the move. The previous app was very good and this one is even clearer and crisp on my phone screen. No problems at all so far in use. Happy to endorse it.

This app has saved me more times than I care to remember. Allows you to comprehensively manage your accounts and spending, with out hassle. Having previously had accounts with other banks, I can confirm that this is the best of all of them, and is a key factor as to my continued use of Lloyds.

Nothing is more annoying than trying to sort your financial affairs with a useless app so it was a relief to install this app and find it really makes online banking so easy.

Best feature is the quick login as the app recognises the phone. Hardly ever fails and very few bugs. Recommend.

If you're not sure about mobile banking just try this app it makes life so easy and if your current account needs a top up from your savings it really is instant with the app no more embarrassing shops where your funds can't quite cover your shop a quick switch and your good to go.

I love this app. I was always cynical about online banking and all, but I gave it a try and it's been good so far. The app is easy to use, you can swipe between accounts/loans/credit cards to keep track of what you owe etc. It's so much easier than going into branch.

Thank you, thank you. As a long standing customer I almost left Lloyds through my frustration at the poor mobile banking experience. It's been back where it belongs for some time now. Well done. And keep the updates coming please.

This is one of the best apps I use and only seems to improve as time goes on. If I compare it to one or two of the other bank or other financial apps it is way ahead on user friendliness and ease of use. Five stars in my book!

This is a very good app. It is flexible and easy to use. It saves my time especially when I am out. I can not compare it with other apps of different banks, but I can say I have not experienced any problem while using it.

In my experience, very little downtime, the app does everything you needed to do, the online verification of new payments is excellent and most importantly, the app is stable and works as it should do. Good work, Lloyds.

They seem to have fixed the issue that made it virtually impossible to pay an existing contact instead of creating a new one. Everything else just works like you'd expect. A good user experience.

Can do anything I want from the other side of the world. Puts foreign banks to shame.
