I had to write a review after reading some of the others on here. I've been shopping on Zulily for 3 years and I've gotten a ton of really cute things for pretty reasonable prices. You have to understand the way it works BEFORE you order (and give and negative review). Events are open for a few days while Zulily collects all of the orders for the items, then puts in the order to the supplier, then the item gets sent to Zulily, then the item will get sent to you. Start to finish it will take about 2 weeks, although there may be shipping delays. If you need the item in 3 days, do not order it from Zulily. But doing it this way is how they keep costs low and pass the savings to you.

I've dealt with their customer service team several times and they are always SUPER helpful and respond quickly. Even though they don't take returns, they will certainly fix the situation if you were sent the wrong item or there was something wrong with the item you were sent.

As for the cost of shipping, it does seem a little expensive, but after you buy one item, all subsequent items are shipped free until midnight (or midnight on Sunday if you placed your order over the weekend) so if you are buying several items the shipping is not expensive at all.

Anyway, I just wanted to make those points. This is a really great company and I've gotten a lot of cute things. I know I was really supposed to review the app here, so I will say the app is good too- super easy to use.

I love the Zulily app. I might even say I'm addicted. Lots of great products at great discounted prices, not just baby and kids clothes, but also toys, stuff for mom like clothes, shoes and bags, stuff for the home and kitchen, and more. As a busy working mom I do pretty much all of my kids clothes shopping from this app. The app is easy to browse and almost too easy to place orders. Once you save your cc info it's one touch to place an order. In fact I actually placed an order by accident once when I dozed off in bed while reviewing my shopping cart (no joke). Luckily the Zulily staff responded to my email by canceling the order.

Suggestions for the app: when viewing items in your shopping basket, show original price beneath the Zulily sale price so you can remember what a deal you're getting as you're deciding whether or not to commit to your purchase. When viewing items in your shopping basket, make it so you can click on the item to take you back to the listing - sometimes I want to review the details of an item again before I buy. When viewing items in your shopping basket, give a "save for later" option - sometimes I have a bunch of items in my basket and I want to buy a couple items right away before they sell out, but I am still thinking over other items.

This site is great. You find things at great prices that you either wouldn't even be able to find locally or you can find locally & the price is better here. One caveat is the shipping: the cost is high relative to other online retailers & the delivery time is longer. I can't justify the cost but the delivery time is due to their business model. They have an event, take orders, event ends, place orders with vendor, receive items, distribute to customers. There is also a 2 step delivery process they choose to use. Shipping/delivery aside, I love shopping here. The customer service is off the chart amazing. (when you call, not so much when you email)

As for the app - the real reason for the review - it's awesome! It makes shopping even better. I get a reminder bell (by option) when the new shops open each day & the sorting options on the app are better than on the site. I recommend the website only during their blowout events due to the amount of graphics that load.

I think I've covered it all. If you love unique shopping finds & good prices & don't mind waiting a tad longer on shipping install!! You'll be hooked like me!!

I see many reviews about lengthy shipping to delivery time. Zulilly states they are a second or third party seller..they sell for other companies..so the companies/manufacturers have to ship ur item purchased to Zulilly then Zulilly ships immediately to you..Zulilly even provides you with active location and process of item purchased! It's the manufacturers that are slow to shipping items to Zulilly not Zulily to customer..Zulily is actually very quick in their shipping to customer! I'm in love with this app, more like addicted.. It works so well for a single stay at home mother like me. I've had very few basically hardly any complications and none that could not be corrected. I shop for Christmas, birthdays, other holidays, myself and my children. Everyone has been impressed with what gifts they have received from Zulily. Even if you do miss out on an item you are almost guaranteed to see again. Everything comes back around to be sold multiple times! Again..I LOVE THIS APP!!

I live Zulily. I've been shopping there for several years and I've been very pleased with almost everything. If you are in a hurry to get something then this is not the store for you. If you read about how the site works, you will see that they aren't actually a store, but a site were manufactures sell products. The individual sales last for a day to a few days. Once the sale completes, Zulily places a bulk order to the particular manufacturer. The manufacturer ships the bulk order to Zulily. Once Zulily gets the shipment they will mail it out to the purchaser. As you can imagine it takes time. Some of the orders I placed have taken up to 4 weeks to receive. I'm ok with that, because I have found some unique stuff on the site. If I need something quickly I don't buy it from Zulily.

Hands down the best and most used app, by myself, but now, very often times used by my husband as well, since the 'Mens' stores were added! But he didn't know a out all the 'Home' stores either, I never paid attention to anything but the baby clothes and shoes, also once before a ladybug rocker toy. I just recently started buying clothes for myself, and once the Mens clothes and shoes were slowly added, I started browsing it, sending my hubby screenshots of what I thought he would like - not thinking about that monster I created! Now he and I share my Zulily account on both of our iPads and he's a huge shopper on here as well as myself! It's been the reason behind lots of money being spent, yet saved at the sake time! Great deals, quality products!

I don't have the crash or loading issues that others seem to have (and my iPad is 4 years old). I find the app to be a pleasure to use. I don't like using retail apps, and always find myself going directly to the retail store's website to order items. But this app is nicely laid out. The only thing missing is my closet feature, and the ability to rate items like you can on their website. I can also see the price I paid on their site but not in the app. Lastly, I wish they offered more views for each clothing item. I purchased a lovely dress recently, but didn't know the back plunged the way it does. That's not an app issue though. Overall, I like it, so I use it.

I bop through the day's selection every day over my morning coffee. Easy, breezy. I do notice that if I'm using the iPad (vs iPhone), and I'm looking at a lot, the program may unexpectedly shut down and immediately restart - only a waste of about three seconds but it can be slightly annoying if the item you were looking at was number three hundred of the fortieth vendor (annoying to have to click and scroll your way back) -- HOWEVER: my iPad has no more storage left on it (like it gives me a pop up nearly hourly, ha), and the problem may come from my iPad not having enough "juice" to store my cache. In other words, it could be and likely is user error. ;)

I have this app on my iPhone and iPad - and have no problems. Two things I dislike:

1) when viewing an item offered and I hit the back button to continue scrolling down to see the other items - it takes you back to the very top of the list and then you gotta scroll down to get back to where you were.

2) I'd like one more chance to view the items in my cart BEFORE I click on "purchase" (like other websites have). Sometimes while on my iPad I barely brush over that button on the cart screen -- and I've made the purchase before I look at the items once more.

Other than these I love the app and Zulily!!! Great website for great and interesting buys.

After coming across Zulily ads over and over again, I finally caved in and downloaded the app - and am loving every minute of it. It's super fun to look through their daily deals. New stuff comes in all the time, and even though there's a time limit to how long their deals last, it's part of what makes it so fun to browse. I window shop on it every day since getting it, favoriting stuff I love, checking out last-minute deals and looking through the new, too. Zulily offers all kinds of clothing, kitchenware, bedding, etc - so there's literally something for everyone.
Easily my new favorite app. Super happy I decided to get it!

I have been a Zulily fan for a couple of years, when they first launched. I noticed at one point they attempted a rewards program, but quickly took that option down. I wish they had not! I've had 2 issues in the couple of years I've been a dedicated shopper, and they were promptly taken care of. Each day is a New Day with a variety of new things to shop from! I wish there were days I didn't like something- but that never happens! The Zulily App has everything going for it- easy to use and navigate! It would be hard not to like this online shopping source, except for your pocket and husband/boyfriend! :P Zulily- Keep it Up!

I'm not a big fan of trying on clothes OR shopping from store to store ... To store! I can honestly say, in my opinion of course, Zulily has been a very positive and delightful experience. They have always stood by their product and the customer. As a customer, I know my needs will be met and that ism at the forefront. I have ordered, pj's, leggings, shoes. Boots, perfume.... U name it, Iv'e ordered it! One time I had an issue and it was resolved immediately. I can't say enough about Zulily! My sister lived s pair of my boots so much, she is now ordering from the site ❤️ APP is 5 stars too! Wicked easy to navigate !

I've been shopping with Zulily for awhile now. I've only had two issues.....
1st, I ordered a bunch of stuff and 1 item was missing. I didn't even notice until Zulily contacted me with a store credit ($5 over the amount I paid)
2nd, I ordered a pair of shoes that came in the wrong size. I emailed customer support and had a response within minutes. They have me a credit for the shipping and sent out the correct size shoes. I didn't even have to return the smaller sized shoes!
It's hard to find good customer service anymore. This company does whatever they can to make the problem right.

I have been shopping with Zulily now for about a year. I love it!
First of all, where I live, there is no mall located conveniently near me. Secondly, even if there was, I would have to waste time scouring through it to find the deals. Lastly, walking through a mall is a guarantee that at some point, I will be stuck behind a group of people that come to a mall to stand and block traffic. We all know these people....
Shopping on Zulily means the deals are at my fingertips, and I'm never stuck behind anyone. I love that when I put on an outfit now, I hear compliments all day long.

I can't say enough good things about this App - I've never experienced it crashing or freezing over the year I've had it. It's so easy to shop the different boutique's or search specifically for something. Customer Service has far surpassed my expectations - I received a shirt that did not match the color description - not only did they refund the cost of the shirt promptly, I received an additional credit and told to keep or donate the item. As a busy working mom, this has been a timesaver for holiday shopping and items for my family. I'm always recommended to my friends!

I have to say, that I browse through Zuilly daily and save my favorites. I absolutely love the products they carry. I just placed my first order 2 weeks ago, and when I received it I wasn't happy with it. I know that with Zuilly you can not return the items, so I thought maybe I could exchange them. They did one better. Customer service told me to keep the items to either give away or to do what I wanted with them and they would give me credit towards my next order. I could not have been happier. Just used my credit today. Amazing company. Love the site. Love the service.

I must admit, I am obsessed with this company! Being a special education teacher, I was in complete shock to multi-sensory, high interest and adaptive supplies for my kiddos. Zulily has everything from sensory blankets to fidgets at a teacher friendly price! My students and families thank you Zulily!!

What's more, my loved ones are so touched by the creative and personalized gifts I've bought. Jokingly my husband said I was "grounded" because of the amount of money I spend on Zulily. With the free shipping and amazing products, you cannot go wrong!

Zulily is unbelievable and a joy to shop everyday. Items from conservative, sophisticated, fresh and new, super cute and one of a kind. I have to make myself miss a few days checking the web site. There is something there for everyone in every price range.
The web site is easy and fun to see what's next. The only little problem at times, is Zulily will over sell an item. They inform you and refund your money asap. Also, some items take a considerable length of time to reach your home. On most occasions it's well worth the wait. Happy shopping!!!

I discovered the app last year in August when I start my Christmas shopping (yes - August) because I like unique and personalized gifts suited to the person I'm shopping for. Since then I have found I may like it a little too much. Customer Service is excellent and the products are A+. The other reviews are very truthful in their latest comments as well. It is a good company, good prices and great products. Although now on a first name basis with my postal deliverer I think they are starting to dislike me on rainy days when it is package time.

I have fallen in love with Zulily over the past few years but have seriously put more effort into the sales at Zulily this last few weeks as I redo my closet. I even bought an item that was to big for me and the said to keep or donate we will give you the credit in your account. I am getting married and have a few events before that and have bought most of my wardrobe choices from here including shoes. I can't wait for wide calf boots to come out so I can get what I need and the Yoki coats as well!! Love you Zulily!!
