Greatly improved, eye catching, fast and easy to navigate Sky Bet website. Suitably impressed, particularly as a physically disabled user who has experienced web site difficulties elsewhere in the past so delighted to have such pleasing on the eye, functionally superb features that work first time and are reliable as I have used this new website from the day it was launched. Impressive stuff Sky Bet - keep striving to provide quality services for us customers. No problem whatsoever recommending a site that is not overladen with ads, gimmicks or other nonsense that detract from what the service should be- an easy to access and use, secure gaming experience that is not ruined by the superfluous nonsense - we don't need fantastico nor do we want logo specific underwear - we want to place bets that give choice, good prices and which is fair and secure. The new SkyBet website ticks all the boxes and I score it 10/10.

I'm a novice at betting and have pretty much worked my way through all the first time offers from all bookies. Downloaded for Cheltenham due to free bet offers and enhanced places. Out of all the bookies apps and sites I have been impressed with sky's so far. Not won yet so can't comment on cashing in yet but love the detail in form on racing that some sites don't give. Found it easy to use and even though I had issues using free bets after contacting customer services and they explained just to tick the free bet and leave stake box empty everything went well. Customer service was reasonably quick in responding and helpful. Like I said still new to app and sky but up to now 5star.

As usual anything associated with Sky works well. They must have cornered the tech guys because their apps do not fail, not like others who employ the fat boys who live in a cellar and do nothing except mess up apps. Sky products are the benchmark against others need to be measured. Total 5 stars without question, what else could you give. The only odd thing is that I always get a message asking me to wait because my internet connection is slow! It then hooks up immediately! No other apps tell me my connection is slow. Sky should nip over to Sony and advise them how to configure updates that work and not mess up a product.

I got sick of being a sky bet widow so I decided to download it myself and see why my husband was so mesmerised by it, I was actually surprised to find it's not so bad. Easy to use, even for idiots like me who don't understand sport at all. And if you use a little bit of random guess work and use your female intuition you can make yourself a good few bob, which really annoyed my husband who never wins anything. Definitely brightens up a boring evening in, a lot better than staring at the back of someone's head and hoping he might remember that there is something a lot more fun and interesting sitting right next to him.

The app is brilliant. It could do with more Cash out options.
I did have an issue last year when the odds on New Zealand to beat Georgia in the Rugby World Cup were showing 500/1 which I thought " I'll have some of that". The bet I put on was £20 which should have returned £ 10,000 but Skybet refused to pay out saying that the odds were for a draw. I still feel now that Skybet should have honoured the bet as the mistake was down to them, however I did get my stake back after a few complaints.
I still feel as though the bet should have been honoured though.

As much as I like this easy to use and good odds. The thing that gets me the most is you cannot cash out in time added on!! Why? If the result changes then for the customer win then happy days for them but not if it changes for skybet then happy a for them!! Last 3 bets I have made I've lost because I haven't been able to cash in time added on!! Surely this isn't fair. What will be will be but give customers the chance to cash out when they want not. Added time is till part of the game so should be able to cash out in it

The best interface easy to use includes the channel 4 pick six and the super six football all in one app so if you play the pick 6 and the super six football which are both free to play and you can win money on them or you can put a pound accumulator on which I do sometimes just to make it interesting it's a betting app so please use it responsibly I love my sport s bets so it's a really easy nice app everything you want in one place I don't use any other betting app as they have not come close to this one

Brilliant app... Easy to use, great odds and always reliable. It has great management of past bets, allowing you to easily view any bets that you have placed in the past (win or lose) within any timeframe you chose, unlike other betting apps that I have used. Also, SkyBet often provides you with a £10 free bet from a selection of pre-set bets... This is the kind of bonus that is very much appreciated and means that I truly cannot recommend this app anymore highly.

I had about 10 different sports betting apps for various reasons; odds, speed of app, markets, cash out value, customer service and special offers. However now I only use x2 sports betting apps with Sky Bet being one of them. It has everything I need for inplay betting and a great weekly freebet offer not to be rivalled with. Yours is the best online betting on offer in the UK none of the competitors offer such a complete package however one minor complaint is that I receive messages saying that my horse betting loses on certain weeks means I'm credited with compensation for casino but when I log in to casino nothing is credited?

This is the most easy app to use. You can also use your Sky bet account for the super 6 app and fantasy football. With the addition of Touch ID I think this app went from 4 stars to 5 stars.- I also have had a few inquiries so I tweeted them and they got back to me in minutes and were really helpful

I've not got any negatives at all with this skybet app it works lovely and is simple enough to use even for the novice gambler,pays out fast enough if you're lucky enough to win and of course the cash out feature is brilliant. Skybet also give the best odds out of all the bookies.

Everything on the app is layered out out a very simple way, which makes it much easier to navigate the app small/ good features such as the amount taken off your total betting sum make it much easier to manage the amount of money that your at placing on each individual bet

Was with Bet365 but after being advised that SkyBet was the way forward by a friend I downloaded and I'm so glad I did, great menus, really easy to use and superb promotions. Let's just hope this brings better luck than my last betting experience.

Awesome. Betting apps, especially the layouts have improved greatly since these were first introduced. This is one of the prime examples. With special offers on a regular occurrence. With such a large choice of betting apps this is one that should be kept.

Simple to use, easy to log in (Touch ID, thank you), totally intuitive. Cashing in and out is simple as peas, and great rewards given out regularly! Well done sky bet!

Been on William hill for the last 18 months thought I would go for a different bookies. I'm gutted I haven't used them for this whole time. The odds are much better and the app is great aswell! Definitly worth the try if you ask me!

Easy and simple betting app to use. Overall 5 stars my only issue would be sometimes when you have created your betslip and then go to deposit money it doesn't register and you need to restart app which also clears your bet slip.
