思った以上にちゃんと表示できるアプリでした。。
スケッチアップから書き出してipadで表示できるものを探していましたが、目的に充分応えてくれました。
最初データをiTunesから入れた後で起動したとき固まったり、落ちたりしていましたが、多分データを移してから「同期が完了しました」が出て直ぐに外したりしていたのが問題だったのかも。。
結構サイズの大きなデータも表示できました。kmzで３メガくらい。

Cubitsは450円のアプリで3D画像を表示します。自分でSketchUpで作成したファイル名.skpをkmzにエクスポートしたのち、Dropboxに保存。

他のアプリで開くボタンからキュビッツをタップするとOKです
動かしやすいように、ぱーすの起点を建物の真ん中にしておくとよいです。

Cubits lets you download, view, and save 3D models from Trimble 3D Warehouse, or load your own KMZ files exported from SketchUp. Explore the thousands of high-quality models, including those from the Google Earth building layer, or show off your own projects.
