Prior to this amazing app, I was using various scheduling apps and Facebook messenger to book all my appointments. I am a independent stylist who rents a salon suite... With no receptionist and a busy two year old; my inboxes were reaching capacity and my clients were starting to get impatient. no shows and accidental double booking was a hassle. I downloaded Vagaro app and overnight everything changed!! Stress was instantly lifted. It gave my business a professional edge with features like txt/email reminders, a free iPhone card reader for accepting debt and credit cards. My favorite feature is customer management program which gives you a virtual data base of all your customers and even allows them to book anywhere on any device 24/7. I no longer had to sacrifice my personal phone and be my own receptionist the system does everything. The system is very automated. Customers don't have to ask "is this time available", my itinerary is made available to them and they can pick from what slots are open any given day. If a time is chosen the system will not double book it!!! I also am able to see important details about my clients and it even tracks their cancellations and service history. Since the app my business has grown 100% and I can send everyone to my website and or app to book me. I highly recommend to anyone running a business!

I was told about this from a friend who is setting up a salon online. He suggested I take a look at the program. I signed ip for the 30 day free trial. I was able to immediately get onto the program and start using it with very little assistance. It was just like a Apple computer! It is made so user friendly that it's second nature. A couple of days passed and I received a call from customer service welcoming me to Vagaro, and they told me of my FREE over the phone training. Great customer service! I know many stylist who are afraid to give up the control of their book, they are died in the wool paper calendar purists, but this makes walking around with your book obsolete. This softwear program give you SO MUCH MORE than you could ever get into your book. With reports, specials, client records and information, e-mail access to your clients, their ability to book online, yet you still are able to retain control of your business. I do suggest that using it in conjunction with your iPhone and iPad make this a simple and completely portable program. Only regret, I didn't find out about it sooner! 25$ a month!!!? If it prevents one person from missing an appointment a month, it had already paid for itself! Bless you VAGARO!

This app is awesome! I absolutely LOVE it!!! As SOON as a client books online, my iPhone dings a text MSG! And an email!! My clients love the fact that they don't have to bother me when they have to cancel. They can do that online and it immediately let's me know! No need to make up a lie! Lol. Anyway, the fact that it is affordable to the little guy like me (a salon owner as the only stylist, for now) is the BEST! If I add on another stylist, it's only $10 more a mth! I can handle that! Another online app ( not mentioning names) goes up almost $150 bucks for an extra person! Craaaaazy 8={'. Vagaro has made my life easier & has given me a reason to smile from ear to ear daily! Even tho I'm alone right now, my clients & I feel like I'm BIG TIME now! I'm runnin toe to toe with the big boys! Hahahahaha. Actually I feel like I'm ahead because I use the app from a genius! Mr. Fred Helou! I love u maaaan!!! I just faxed my application to run credit cards thru my iPhone. Can't wait to use THAT with Vagaro!!! Speaking with Fred, there is more to come with this wonderful app. I'm glad im already in the game!!!! HOLLAAAAAAA 8=D

I started using this service about a week ago for my mobile pet grooming business. . And I've been using another booking software for about 2 years. I've tried so many different different service for pet services booking and general booking. I cannot begin to describe how perfect this service is for me. Being he only thing running my full time business, the automated appointment confirmation (by TEXT AND EMAIL At no additional charge) that sync to my schedule is beyond helpful. I love it and so many other features of this program. It's for human salons but I've been able to customize it for my business. And I can't even say how much in just a week vagaro has changed my life. I don't know what to do with the free time I will save from manually checking in to confirm if a client got my email reminder to confirm. I love vagaro wish I found it 2 years ago!!!

I run a small business as a single stylist with a large clientele. This means I book all my own appointments, carry product inventory, and do all my own taxes, marketing and book work. It's exhausting. Vagaro makes my life easier in all areas. 70% of my clientele books online, this alone takes a huge workload off. Furthermore I find clients that find me online are more apt to book since they can right then and there. They also have a great email marketing system that allows me to effectively communicate with the majority of my clientele. Vagaro also offers an inventory system and keeps track of sales tax. It generates a variety of reports to help with all your required paperwork. They also update quite often and for the better and really listen to customer concerns and requests. I have used vagaro for 4 years and I have no intention of ever stopping!

I have been debating for about a year to switch from my book and pencil to an online booking. I am so happy I found vagaro!!
This app is extremely easy to use and very helpful. My assistants and I are able to coordinate better the schedule. I was afraid to loose control of the business, but actually the opposite happened. Now I know when I have a no show, when a client confirmed, I can read the notes about each client, it also tells me the list of all their appointments. I only wish I started using vagaro earlier. I highly recommend it.
I can also send specials to my client using their big variety of templates with a click of a button.
Vagaro does my marketing, my scheduling, my confirmation for appointments, my register ( I can also use the ap to check out )

I've been using it for two years and it's the best $25 secretary ever! It's always with you and makes every so convenient. Booking is so easy and it sends automatic notifications and reminders to your clients and that is PRICELESS! My clients love that feature. I can send out a mass email to everyone to remind them to book for the holidays or for whatever I may need them to know. I keep track of their formula on it and can also tell them when their last appointment was. You can track when they no show you or really do anything you need it to do! I deleted all of Vagaros preset appointments and made my own with my own times and processing times so it is totally customized for me. This app is SANITY! You will not regret it!

I had been using a different salon program that was having lots of issues. I switched to Vagaro 3 years ago and have never regretted my decision. It is easy to use, the reports are awesome, the email marketing is a wonderful tool. My clients love the online booking option. My accountant loves the reports I can get for her with just a few quick clicks.
The option to have a loyalty points system is so easy to set up. No card for clients to keep in their wallet and pull out everytime. Wonderful tool for the independent stylist to have their schedule with them at all times. I love that I can access the program from my iPhone, iPad, or laptop. I highly recommend Vagaro.

I just recently began using Vagaro. I am quite impressed so far. It is easy to use and updates easily no matter which device I book on. This is probably the best option out there for the tech-inept. I should know!
The beauty of this app is that you can use the online service for 30 days for free before making the commitment and handing over 30 bucks a month. It is a reasonable price and you get more for your dollar than any other online program out there
The only down side? The initial set up takes time as you import your client list and set your services up. But once it's all in you are set!

This is the best salon app ever. I have tried others, both free and paid, and they don't even come close. The monthly fee is worth it. The peace of mind is priceless. You have a backup of your guest/client information that you can access anywhere there is an internet connection I have NEVER been disappointed. Next month will be 5 years I have been using Vagaro. Best decision for my salon booth renting that I made. So worth it. Cuts down on no shows. Guests love the reminders. I don't usually write reviews for apps but I just had to write one for Vagaro

I love Vagaro! Support is always so friendly and I even get the same guy sometimes;) it's like calling a friend for support. I've been using it for my salon since January and I'm still learning new things on it. So are my clients. They love the mobile version. It's the best software for your money and by the way, your accountant will love it. It gives easy to print out reports, for taxes and such. My only complaint is that I wish the name didn't look like Viagra. Lol little joke between my clients and I.

Awesome app and so worth the $!!! And to the person below who complained about customer service....I would find it hard to believe that was your experience....I have had nothing but AMAZING service from Vagaro! Anything I ask for they do! Zach especially is most helpful and very patient:) I love how flexible they are and how they fulfill every request you make! Plus it's super easy to use!! Get it already!!!

I would definitely recommend this app have tried others and this is the only app that texts clients for you. I opted out on the online because I like to book my own clients and don't need to advertise for new ones. It has been very convenient using the retail barcode identification.

I don't know what I would do without Vagaro! We are a small to midsize barbershop. Our clients can book online 24/7 and even from our Facebook page. The advertising section is easy to use and accessible for everyone, client database, daily reports.....iWork's well with Square also.

I have used Vagaro for 6 years and have not been disappointed even one time. Extremely reliable and easy to use. The clients LOVE the reminders and ease of making an appointment online. I love that they are constantly working on the website and upgrading. I just can't say enough about this system.

Great app! Love the ability to have my appointment book at all times and not miss booking an appointment because I don't have my "book" on me. Using the app on the iPad is great as well I can view reports, do payroll I just wish the mobile app did those things as well! Overall worth every penny!

I have used this app for several years now. They are constantly updating. I will think "I wish it did this" and the next thing you know it does it. People love that I can make an appt from anywhere. And, of course, the text reminders. It has cut down on no shows tremendously. Love, love, love!!

I'm new to this system and I love it. There are times that my clients have difficulty scheduling, but Tech support is awesome!!.. Quick to respond, easy resolutions and always available!.. The price for service is reasonable and it assists me greatly, I'm very pleased over all !!
