I have this, USPS and Fedex apps and this is by far the smartest. I am not a shipper as much as a buyer. I love how I can copy any UPS tracking number from any app on my phone and when I open this app, it knows I have a tracking number copied and auto fills it. It did take me a few visits to realize that once in tracking info for any item, the back button is hidden (maybe because it's brown on brown). If you tap on the upper left where a typical back button would be, it goes back.

No complaints. Works much better than the others.

I am surprised at all the negative reviews. I have received packages through UPS for years; I've never had a problem. The delivery is always on the date and within the time frame they've guaranteed. The delivery person is always friendly and polite. The only aspect of UPS delivery about which I have an issue is the fact that UPS charges a fee if I want to change the delivery time. I think UPS wants to discourage people from changing their times of delivery so UPS can maintain its schedule. Otherwise, I think UPS is great.

Some reviewers seem a bit confused... at least the ones using the App Store to comment generally on UPS as a delivery service, rather than reviewing the app itself.

Whether you like your local UPS delivery man or not, this app is still very useful. It has a lot of features in a polished, easy and clean interface.

Personally, the feature I like is being able to digitally sign for a package when I know I won't be home (and being able to send delivery instructions directly to my local driver of where to leave the package).

I have a UPS account and like that whenever someone sends something to my address, it automatically shows up here. Recently I copied a tracking number for a package I was having delivered to me somewhere else from an email thinking I would have to paste it into a field in the app. Instead, as soon as I opened the app a note came up saying it recognized a tracking number on the clipboard and did I want to track that package. I clicked YES then added a name so I would know what package it was.

This app does everything it says it will do. Makes running my home business easier. Those who don't like it need to log in to the account on the website for their issues, that's not the intention of this app. I like being able to track progress of my deliveries simply. It helps with customer service. When I can't be home I just call hubby and have him check the front door because I know my package has been delivered. Great app!

I'm not sure why there are so many negative reviews. I ship with UPS a lot and enjoy their service. This app has done everything I've asked it to and is also sleek and stylish. It hasn't crashed once. I tracks all my packages and I chose to get push notifications when my teaching status is updated.

It works great for me. It's free, so give it a try before you discredit it from the apparent BS reviews

Since the previous update, the UPS for iPhone app was shrunken to the screen size of a 4s which looked stupid on the 6. Glitches galore and issues. However this bug fix update fixes the screen problem and is now optimized for iOS 9 and the correct screen size on the 6. Haven't had any packages since the update but hopefully the duplicate notification bug was fixed too. So far so good UPS, thank you.

This app is good because this app manages when there gonna bring and it gives you notification and you can give them a time to deliver specific packages so I really like that I don't know of why u think it's useless if you download this app and don't order online what's the point of getting this app so I really recommend you get this app because I like it and so should you

I never write reviews but I have to comment about this app.I absolutely love it. We live in a pretty nice neighborhood and I've had problems with people trolling for packages to steal. I know exactly when my packages are delivered and if I feel like it's an expensive item and don't want it laying on my porch I can get one of my neighbors to run over and get it- love it.

UPS has the best app between FEDEX & the USPS. I registered for UPS "My Choice" & I receive email alerts anytime UPS receives a shipment addressed to my address even when I'm unaware who the shipper is at that point, which is typical with Amazon. The USPS app is ok but there are glitches, & FEDEX does not offer email notification of shipments.

This is my first review to write on an app, but this one has just impressed me so much. It automatically adds packages that are being delivered to your house without you having to track them. It notifies you when they're delivered or if they're delayed, but not too much like some apps. Being a big online shopper I love this app!

So, I copied my tracking number from an email then launched the ups app for the first time. A pop up comes up telling me it sees I have a tracking number in my clipboard, do I want to track it? I click ok and I'm in the page with all tracking info. That package is now in my tracking list. Very well thought through.

I like using the ups mobile app for tracking my packages that comes to me but it needs a little more updated to make it better maybe a widget that shows updates where your package is and when it would be delivered on and time and come one ups we are on iOS 9 and you guys don't have a widget yet we need one!

They probably should give instructions on how to use the App. I have read the complaints about deleting and a back button. The deleting was answered in a earlier review. To go back, simply swipe on the top brown bar. Sometimes it does not work on the first swipe. You can go back and forth as you wish.

I have to say this app is amazing! I am able to know exactly when my packages are to arrive, if needed I am able to make changes to deliveries, and monitor the shipments progress. Love the peace of mind knowing I will get my shipments before anyone else can grab them off porch.

But...... I have to places I get packages. Can you make it so you can select a default location to be the first one the app pulls up? Right now my primary location that mainly gets packages is second on the list so I have to select it every time I open the app. Same for iPad.

I recently created a UPS account and wanted to see if the app would be more convenient. When I open it I see the logo for a couple seconds and then I just have a blank screen, I've let it sit more that 30 seconds. If I close the app completely the same thing happens.

I almost didn't download this app after reading the previous reviews. However the app is working for me. I had no trouble logging in, it is tracking my packages without problems, and I have a back arrow that allows me to track several packages without logging out.

Reading reviews you almost wouldn't download but I Love love the UPS App and My Choice. Getting push and text alerts are awesome- you have to turn them on in the App! Awesome free app and I know when pkgs are coming now before the sender even sends me an email.

They seem to have listen to some of the previous complaints, as I encountered none of the aforementioned issues. App could be tweaked further, but it is in a usable state. One suggestion would be to include the full tracking history, not just the latest event.
