Love the convenience of the Geico app & the customer service of the Insurance reps on the phone. I have been looking @ different car insurance since I was unhappy w my current company Nationwide, and was recommended Geico by my parents & the quality of service & the price is what convinced me to finally getting our 3 cars insured w them. Instant access to my information! Exceptionally "user friendly"! Convenient "payment reminder". No hassle, worry free, payment ability. Emails you your payment confirmation but also gives many other options of where you want to add it ( i.e.)notes, google drive, etc. Then it also shows your payment confirmation on your app, and too much more to mention! Get it- you will NOT be disappointed!!

I am moving soon and I received about 3 quotes and I started to get worried about the increase in price of my current insurance until I spoke with GEICO!
They lowered my rate about 15% like they always advertise and the best thing is this APP!
It even has a section to find a fun day trip at near by locations. It beats yelp, group on and any other trip planning app. GET GEICO & THE APP NOW.

I've had this app as long as It's been out and I love it! So easy to use- the main screen shows the different categories and are self explanatory. I get emails automatically about payments processing for the automatic payment and if there is ever an issue they email you right away!!! Definitely recommend this to others!! Plus geico it's self and the representatives are always very helpful!!

I have used this app for quite awhile but I only used it to pay my bill. Today I called Geico to make changes to my policy and the lady walked me through it using my app. I felt a bit foolish since I never tried doing anything more than paying my bill using the app. It is very easy to navigate and add to or take away coverages plus signing electrically through the app! Great job Geico!!

After being inundated with 10,000 commercials, I finally tried a quote about four years ago. Four years later after saving about $2,000 with GEICO we had an accident. Now the real test, right? The claims process could not have been faster or easier, plus having been a good customer I was treated to accident forgiveness. All that, and their app is one of the best conceived on my phone.

I love geico's app. I love being able to manage my policy, add/remove vehicles, adjust my coverage, request roadside assistance, and view/print my ID cards. I LOVE the comparability with Touch ID so I can log in quickly with my fingerprint via my iPhone. We have gotten offers of cheaper insurance but I just don't want to give up being able to do everything myself via this app!!

I didn't know about the app until I saw the commercial. I've had Geico forever so it's perfect for me to use. So easy to use and all my info at the touch of my finger. Now I know why people get addicted to their phones! I can't believe they even had all my claims from 2004 to see. Great easy emergency info and very useful for on the road help! So glad I downloaded this!

I backed into the ditch for the third time (yes third time!!!). I felt so bummed that I had to call Geico again to get me unstuck. My person on the other end (Geico) was so helpful and she just raised my spirits. Needless to say I no longer have that long vehicle; so I do not go into the ditch any more. I highly recommend using the Geico app. and the people at Geico rock!!!

This app is so user-friendly I can't even believe, and I don't got a great rate saving over $1500 year but also got better coverage than my previous company I'm upset I wasthrowing my money away but very happy to be with Geico, the app really makes lots of things, that I have in the past been a pain in the neck from other companies very easy to do! Keep up the good work!

I must say.... I'm impressed! My car battery died & with this app; I was able to connect with the right people. They got someone out to give me a jump in a hour. Also all the little features and information about my policy is great. It really does keep me in touch with my policy, my payment history, and so much more. This app is a must have if you have GEICO ❤️❤️

Saved my bacon when I was pulled over and couldn't locate my printed paper card: officer accepted the app as Proof of Insurance.
One suggestion for Devs: the app on IOS allows you to export the card to Photo, but doesn't populate IOS Passbook. If it would do so, and keep policy detailed like expiration date updated, that would be A+ performance. Otherwise, great app!

This app does exactly what I need this app to do. I have used this app for a several years now and haven't found anything I couldn't do on the app. It allows me to look at my entire policy, provide proof of my coverage in several ways, pay my bill, I even filed a claim. It's easy and always available, I never have to wait. For my busy life that is absolutely amazing!

This app is fantastic. I use GEICO for automobile insurance and renters insurance --- with the app I'm able to manage both of the accounts easily and smoothly, as the app provides an excellent design.

I was pulled over the other day on my drive home and simply opened the GEICO app and showed the officer my proof of insurance. It doesn't get much easier than that.

I hadn't used the GEICO app in a long time- I saw the commercial on Tv about how it was rated number 1 and figured I'd check it out again since I didn't think it was. I was wrong- it's been completely updated since a few months ago, it's modern, easy to navigate, fun and easy on the eyes, it's awesome! Glad my insurance company made some awesome improvements to it!

I LOVE this app! Everything is super convenient and easy to use.
When I switched to Gieco I instantly saved over $100 a month. I then shopped around 6 months later at 5 other insurance companies and no one could come close to the price for what I'm getting. I love Gieco and I do not plan on leaving. They will continue to be my insurance for any future cars too.

I'm not a GEICO customer, but this looks like a good app to have anyway. You can easily find and call roadside service or get a taxi cab or rental car based on your location. The howtos are a handy reference. The accident tools look like they would be quite convenient, as you just answer all of the questions. Sometimes you are not so sharp after an accident...

With GEICO insurance, you can do much of your insurance needs via the app: including paying your monthly premiums, starting a claim, checking your plans, and even showing the officer who stops you your GEICO insurance e-card as proof of insurance among other things. It's simple to use, fairly idiot-proof, and easy to understand the information you'll need.

Not only does Geico have the best rate for me; but, this app is amazing. Having your ID cards with you at all times makes life easier in those rough moments (pull overs, accidents, etc). Getting road side assistance right to your location even when you have no clue where your at. Great company great app. Highly recommend for any and all Geico customers.

I haven't really tried the roadside assistance feature yet but all the other features are awesome. Is pretty convenient for me to have an offline card downloaded to my phone since I don't like to take my wallet with me everywhere. I guess the day that my bike breaks down and I end up using the roadside assistance feature I'll write another review.
