I downloaded this app and worked first time for me!!! I really don't know why others are having problems. Ensure you have an online login account and should sync to that.

If you can't login then you should make a call to o2 than leaving negative reviews as it's not giving people a true reflection of the app itself.

You will be asked to create a pin after it authenticates you the first time and you will need it to connect the next time round.

Don't bother trying to get this or any other app to work after hours as o2 is always doing some kind of an update.

I also had have the Allowance app which is visually better looking and more simple. I like it, probably used to it. But it costs and this app is free.

One thing I like about this app over the other is that it gives you details about your call plan, all the costings for all the calls you may make, fully listed, a good feature.

It also tells you when your contract is up for renewal, bit remember if you've made plenty of calls you my be able to upgrade earlier.

It's missing itemised billing, would be handy to see all the calls you have made in your last bill and currently.

I think the display could be better. Better or bigger fonts and better visuals.

After all this, I am still giving this a 5 as it's totally FREE!. I will contact the developers and give them my above feedback and hope they do an update soon!

This is an essential app for O2 UK customers!!!

Never written a review before but felt I had too in order to put some balance in.
I have been using various O2 balance apps for a while and they have been either v good or v bad. This one from O2 is right up there as perhaps the best of the lot. I must confess that I have had no trouble either with log ins or network probs as described by others.
I have found this app to be extremly functional and very fast. I mainly check over wi-fi and I can have my details up in less than 10 seconds. The best so far is 4!
For those of you who are having probs, I do understand, there is nothing worse than getting a little excited only to feel let down when the app does not function correctly.
This is s superb app that will serve you well but I hope O2 listen to the criticism and respond in kind.

It doesn't work for me and neither did the last one. But this one has the added disadvantage that the MyO2 link to My Allowance has stopped working. I appreciate it must be ok because it works well for some reviewers. Login details work fine on web version.

Ok this is an update to the above that may help others with the same problem I had. If you have two or more O2 online accounts associated with your mobile, you might try the using the login details for one of the other accounts with this app. I had forgotten that I ever had a second account but I went on some forums and this was a suggestion. The app now works fine for me and does everything it should. Took a bit of digging to find a solution, but got there in the end. Hope this helps you too.

Well done O2 you've done it again! Perfection! Love the new itemised bill views, integrated contacts and pervious bills are very useful! Only thing I can think of to add at present is the ability to manage your bolt-ons.
I am fully aware this takes time as I am also an iOS developer and I know that simple things can take a lot of time to integrate. Looking forward to O2 Wifi integration coming soon as well!

This is a really useful app with some great features. I love the way it syncs with your phone contacts so you can see who you've been calling the most. And the new My offers and perks section is a good addition, i like the way the offers change each time i open the app. 5 stars!!!

With the recent update the My O2 app looks better than ever now! It looks so much more simpler and easier to understand and use! Only thing that could've done is have it done in 'bold writing' and everything else in normal writing by apart from that loving the new update! :)

This app is great for checking up on your bill and ensuring you don't go over on anything. I use this on a daily and couldn't live without it! It has definitely saved me some money as I can ensure I'm within my limits

This app is great. Didn't have my log in details. Was a breeze to recover them. The app is also very quick to log in and responsive. The layout is intuitive and clean in appearance. A good app by any standards.

I cannot believe this app has such a low rating what else do you want it to do. It does exactly as it should and always delivers, keeps me organised and up to date. No issues found.

Simple and does the job. Clear info and easy access. If I want detailed info, I use the O2 website, but the app's great for just checking how much of my allowance I have left and my bill amount.

This has to be one of the best network apps to look at your balances etc. had a problem for over a week not seeing data. But I couldn't online as well. But it seems to be fixed now. Thanks

I absolutely love this app. It is well designed, easy to understand and runs quick.
Really helps me keep on top of my consumption while on the go.

Although people have been having errors, after once where my app failed to load, performance has been smooth and quick. App's interface is simple and clear.

App has everything you need! From booking a guru appointment, checking the value of your old phone, paying your bill and even unlocking your device :)

One of my favourite apps. Really easy to use and let's you do everything yourself. Well done o2, wish they were all as easy to use as this one.

It's great and tells you all your billing information etc and Touch ID is a great extra too it. 02 as a whole is great

Not sure why the negative reviews, app works fine for me, useful to check data use and also other functions.

Would be improved if Touch ID were implemented instead of a 4 digit PIN.
Other than that it's a good app.
