Another advantage in a crazy market: while showing homes-snapping pictures of clients desired homes and sending the closing cost right to your client with pix before you get to the next house! Now that's impressive!

I use it all the time! You simply put in a couple of details about your transaction and voila, you have an instant idea of how much the payment will be with different loan programs, very important for the buyer. Also, how much the seller will approximately net.
My clients love this, takes he mystery out of down payment ant closing costs.

I first downloaded the light version of this app, and although it was nice to have, The payed full version is worth every penny. It makes it so easy and quick for me to send to clients or show them. This is hands down the fastest, most efficient and well-thought out real estate closing cost/net proceeds app on the market. Very easy to use and very accurate. I love this app! I am able to give my buyer's payment estimates on the spot and look like a real pro. I am also able to email my Seller's a net sheet that looks professional in just a few minutes. I love that Chicago Title keeps this app updated with all of the most current closing cost fees which again makes me look like a professional.

Love this app! Makes life much easier, no need to go back to the office and spend 30 minutes calculating and emailing your client, do it from your phone or iPad in about 15 seconds while in front of them. The attachment is also branded with your info.
