Having the NEAM app can really take your museum experience to new heights with augmented reality, videos and other content. The app has features that work outside the museum, too, so you can bring your experiences with you and share some of the things you’ve seen with others.

The app currently features:

Augmented reality scavenger hunt
Augmented reality docent video tours
Augmented reality NEAM at home docent video
Push notifications on current and coming exhibits and events

Kaman Command:

Augmented reality scavenger hunt: Select a clue, find the artifact and watch it come alive through augmented reality. This experience is fun and can even be a bit challenging. It’s a great way for you to learn about the extraordinary life and world-changing innovations of one of the world’s most successful aeronautic engineers, Charles Kaman.

Augmented reality docent tours: Our volunteer docents know more about the life of Charlie Kaman than anyone and with the app they are ready to tell the story 24/7. Using the app, docents appear from thin air along the four-station augmented reality tour to relay personal stories and historical perspectives on Charles Kaman.

NEAM at home:

You’ll be able to take the augmented reality experiences you had at the museum home with you, and you won't miss the news when we hold an event or introduce a new exhibit.
