Thanks to the app My Emotions, it is easy to learn how to cope with emotions, for young and old alike! Choose your emotions and your needs and discover actions and solutions made for you!
The app was designed by a psychologist and the exercises were inspired principally by neuro-linguistic programming, nonviolent communication, hypnosis, mindfulness and positive psychology.
